Review of Astha School of Management.

Placements: Astha School Of Management provides good placements to its students. As per their commitment, they have provided 100% placements this year. Most of the companies are from marketing and finance domains, which have recruited students with good salary packages. Most of the students got dual placement offers.

Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, which helps the students to have better learning. LAN cables are available in hostel rooms. The campus has two playgrounds for sports activities. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have a projector and whiteboard for better teaching.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good, highly qualified and experienced. They provide higher quality education for students to have a good future. The college has a summer internship programme for students to get practical industry experience.

Other: It is a ragging free campus. It has a very healthy environment for studying. Roads on the campus are connected to the main street of Bhubaneswar roads. The college also provides scholarships to the eligible students.

Other: I pursued my MBA from this college and graduated in the year 2014. The main thing I learned from here is discipline, sincerity and attitude although the curriculum part was vital for all. The classes were excellent and I had a few good times with all my faculty members. Some of the personal development classes were really good because being a professional student its very essential to have a good personality and strong influential skills. I built the most important phase of my life from this college especially I sharped myself to get fit to the corporate. All I can say about my college is that opportunity is given to everyone but how you receive it is your approach to shape your career. However, I would always recommend someone to pursue his/her professional study from this college. Thank you!!

Satisfied because of good quality of education and placement in 2019.

Placements: More than 80 percent of students were placed during my course with the highest package of 4.5 Lacs and the lowest package of 1.8 Lacs. Talking about top recruiting companies, the top recruiting companies were Zaro, Flipkart.com, Muthoot Finance, HDFC Life Pvt. Ltd, and Justdial.com. 100% of students got internships in Centurion Capital Pvt. Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mayfair, Decathlon, and Nalco, Bhubaneswar. The top roles offered in our course are Team Leader at Operations at Flipkart.com, Assistant Branch Manager at HDFC Life, and Internal Auditor at Muthoot Finance.

Infrastructure: Basically, three departments like Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources were there. The classrooms were also very neat and clean. Apart from that, we had high-speed Wi-Fi and a lab full of computers, available for every student from 10 AM to 7 PM. Our library was also full of knowledge because I found not only books for my course but also extracurricular activities. There were also boys' and girls' hostels with neat and clean rooms and study facilities. The hygiene quality of food available in the mess and canteen in our college was good. Talking about medical facilities, sports, and games, it was also excellent.

Faculty: Of course, the teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very great because they always tried to understand our minds and find the gaps to fill. As a result, we were taking them as mentors or guides. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. I never found anything difficult in the semester exams because I was always making notes after finishing classes and studying the same material that was being taught. So, the semester exams were not so difficult in this college. The pass percentage is 97 percent.

Other: I chose this course because it is one of the best courses for learning about the business world and starting your career as a business manager. Apart from that, it is helpful for every student to enhance skills like communication, interaction, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills. Events like Shuttle Smashers, Quiz Competitions, Ad Made Shows, and others are also there. The campus crowd, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities like cricket matches, badminton matches, quiz competitions, Ad Made shows, and other events are excellent.
