HR is an interactive field. Many organizations prefer a full-time MBA in HR. Participating in presentations, college societies, case studies, class interactions, and assignments makes an aspiring HR better at what they do.

The College has ample internship opportunities for the students and also provides in-campus placement to their students. The Placement rate of the college lies between 80-82%.
