Placements: Over 950 students got placed in the 2025 drive, with the highest package reaching 26.5 LPA and the lowest at 1.2 LPA. However, in many management roles, placement support and job alignment can be consistent. Students often need to explore independent roles.

Infrastructure: The campus is spacious (over 113 acres), green, and equipped with modern labs, auditoriums, and a large library. Common areas like auditoriums, gyms, sports courts, and shuttle services enhance campus life. Hostel food is often cited as below expectation, and the mess service quality could be improved. Transportation services are also sometimes overcrowded and not always dependable.

Faculty: Professors bring both depth and practicality to sessions. Many hold PhDs and focus heavily on real-world applications. Guest lectures, seminars, and workshops are regularly organized, helping build a business-oriented mindset. Compared to private MBA programmes in the region, GIET offers competitive tuition ranging around 2.8 lakhs across the two-year programme, aligned with its infrastructure and placement ecosystem. Good placements in 2021. I got placed in my first year of college.

Placements: It's a very good university. The university campus is beautiful, and the lecturers are very supportive. I got placement with a very good company. From my batch, 99% of students got placed. Mostly, marketing companies came for recruiting. The highest package was 15 LPA.

Infrastructure: The hostel is quite good, and they provide a Wi-Fi connection. The food quality is average for me. There is a beautiful library for studying. Good medical facilities are available inside the campus. Everything is available inside the campus. There is a playground for sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers are very supportive. The teaching quality is great. Teachers are quite knowledgeable. This course absolutely makes students industry-ready. I even got placed in my first year of college. Semester exams are very strict in this college. The minimum pass percentage is 33%.

Placements: The placements at the college are very nice. Students become eligible for placements in their last year of college. Many IT and ED-Tech companies came to visit the campus. The highest package was around 36 LPA and the average was 6–8 LPA. 80% of students get their placement from the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is very nice. There are 5 hostel buildings: 3 for boys and 2 for girls. In first year, students get double accommodation room and in second year, student get single accommodation room. Rooms are very big and spacious and each room equipped with all modern amenities like table, chair, bed, fan, etc. room has attached bathroom, and cleaning staff come daily to clean the rooms. On hostel campus, there are cricket grounds and badminton courts, and in hostel building, one gym and table tennis are also available. Meals are provided four times in a day and they provide healthy and nutritious food to us. The menu changes every week.

Faculty: The curriculum of the college is very good and it also helps the students know the basics of business. I guarantee that people who want to start a business will have better knowledge of marketing aspects. There will be 2 midterms, and for every year, 2 semesters of exams will be conducted. The MBA faculty of the GIET University college are all PHD scholars. So everyone is very friendly and also tries to motivate every student in order to bring out their talent. Also, the faculty encourages the students to publish papers so that they can improve their analytical skills and gain a basic knowledge of analytical tools. They try to motivate the students to improve their communication in English. For that, different kinds of activities like PowerPoint presentations, debates, GDs, etc. are being conducted to remove the fear in the students. Class Size: 48 Course Fees: INR 115,000 per year

On the basis of fees structure, the college is satisfactory and placements are also good.

Placements: More than 70 percent of the students in our batch were placed with different companies. The highest package is 5.5 LPA, the lowest is 1.5 LPA and the average pack is 2.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Keenity, Surya International, Jindal, and Numax. 60 to 70 percent of students got internships from our courses at companies like Pantaloons, Radisson and others. The top roles offered in our courses are marketing jobs.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure at our college are good. When talking about facilities, wi-fi is connected all over departments and specific labs are arranged according to the requirements of departments and modernized classrooms. We'll also have comparable library facilities. The hostel facilities are good and the quality of the food is also good. Sports events were conducted on every occasion.

Faculty: The faculty in our college are well qualified, knowledgeable and have degrees in Ph.D. and the faculty members share their experiences and expertise with students very well, and the teaching quality is good. Yes, course curriculum makes students ready for industry. It is not very difficult to pass the semester examination; it is okay and more than 70 percent pass the semester.

Other: I have chosen this course because MBA is a versatile course that has divergent opportunities for students and has much growth in different fields. Improvement needed in practical knowledge rather than theory. Every event was conducted in college.

It is a great university if students are looking for quality education with a minimum budget.

Placements: Around 90% of MBA students are being placed each year. In 2020, all of our seniors are well placed and are getting a handsome package. Even in the 2021 batch, some students are getting offers from top companies. Previous year Byju's, Mindtree, Axis bank, HDFC bank, Jindal Power, etc., are the companies that came for placements drive. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered is 2.6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has 24X7 Wi-Fi connectivity, but the speed is not that great. The Wi-Fi that is available in the library is somewhat great. There are 27 hostels available on our campus and can accommodate over 4000 students, the room where I am staying has two beds, two tables, two fans, 2 led lights, 1 tube light, and one study rack for each student. There is a gym on our campus free for all students, and the central mess is also great for food. Medical facilities are not great, need some further improvement.

Faculty: Teachers are well trained and almost all have done their Ph.D. They are great at teaching and making the concepts more enjoyable. Semester exams are difficult and they take questions from the whole syllabus with tiny details, students can not miss anything. But students will find it easy as they will teach them all those things. The pass percentage is 96%.

Other: I preplanned for doing an MBA, but I was looking for a good university with a less fee structure, and then I found GIET, which is the best university that students can get in such little amount of money. There are a lot of extracurricular activities being done by our department each year, recently the fresher's meet is conducted by our seniors and department. There are also many NGOs are running on the campus by students. The only improvement that I am looking forward to is medical facilities and more number of buses for transportation purposes.

About Gandhi Institute Of Management Studies (GIMS).

Placements: The institute has noticed an increasing job opportunities as well as a marked increase in the placements as well. So over the years, the placement department has done a great job in providing 100% placement for its students. The placement department is trying to provide the best companies for its students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. It has a well-equipped 24x7 Wi-Fi facility for its students. The classrooms are good. It has a library with a sitting capacity of 500 students with 63,986 volumes of books. It has a swimming pool, basketball & badminton court. It also has a canteen, cool parlour, and a juice shop.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful. They are well known qualified persons. They are also knowledgeable. The teaching quality is satisfactory, we also get industrial exposure. Recently our batch has visited Utkal Alumina International, Tikiri. The curriculum is helpful in future needs.

Good MBA institute and decent ROI.

Placements: The placement cell provides assistance to the students for getting the internship and final placement. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, while the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The majority of the students are from a marketing background, and they easily find sales profile jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure still has many issues. The classrooms lack air conditioners, and we don't have a lift for the building. Hostel facility is given to the student, but the rooms are not good. You will have to wait in long queues to get a shower, wash clothes, etc.

Faculty: The faculty members are not up to the mark, and most of them are arrogant and lack industry knowledge. The teaching method used is mostly presentation and PPTs. No class notes are given to the students. If you work hard, you can easily score good marks. There is a lot of partiality in our institute. If you a find better college, please go for it.

Overall, the college is good.

Placements: My senior batch students were placed in their respected jobs. The maximum number of people are settled. In my batch, out of 100 students, the 40 students are already settled. Remaining are trying till now, and 70% of the students are settled. Ennoble technologies, Cavvision, Just Dial, etc. were the companies visited.

Infrastructure: The whole college is well-planned infrastructure. The Wi-Fi, labs, auditorium, dispensary, movie theatre, canteen, swimming pool, playground ( cricket, football, basketball, tennis, and table tennis), gym, etc., facilities were provided. There are an AC and non-AC hostel rooms. The food is good, but they mainly prefer the potatoes.

Faculty: The best part of the college is a good teacher. They are always supporting to the students. All the faculty members are qualified with their masters & they have excellent knowledge. Every classroom has projectors, and they taught well. Every year they took students as a study tour.

Other: Every year in February we are celebrating science and technical expo.

What is the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA from Gandhi Institute of Management Studies? Can I know its fee structure too?

For MBA admission, you should need to crack the entrance exams and with bases of your percentile, you will be getting admission. Your graduation percentage should be equivalent or more than 50% . The fees structure of college is different.
