The college has qualified faculty. Overall, the college is average.
Placements: Around 2-3 companies visited the college for the placements of our senior batch. As of now, no company visited the college to hire the students of our batch, but we have been told about 2 companies, i.e., Karvy and Axis bank. The salary offered ranges between 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA. I have no idea about the posts offered because companies are yet to come. But, frankly, I don't find the offers or the package worthy for what we are studying.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of B.J.B is quite good. We have computer labs, a sports room, canteen, library, and classrooms, and all the facilities are good. We have a basketball court and a field for other sports. We have hostels, but I don't have much idea about the rooms. I haven't faced any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: One thing that I particularly find good in the college is teachers of MCFC department. They always clear our doubts, and the course is completed in time. Not every teacher has the same level of knowledge, but I find that the teaching of every teacher is very good. Presentation method is what extra methods that are used for teaching, except for the regular teacher to student interaction. The student to faculty ratio is 15:2. The course curriculum is useful.
Other: Till now, fests aren't organised in the college. Events are held in the college but not for PG students. But we have participated in the college's fests representing BJB. At the end of the year, students are taken to study tours, picnics, etc.

Other: Good college with less course fees. Teachers are also very helpful. Passing percentage is very high. It is situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar. It is also very nearer to the famous temple, LINGARAJ. The college is famous for its passing percentage and rank holders every year.

Is M.Com (Master of Commerce) equivalent to MFC (Master of Finance and Control)?

No M.Com and MFC are two different degrees which are not equivalent to each others. Both the courses focus on different points. Hi, You should have scored minimum 40 percent in aggregate at the 3 year Bachelors Degree Examination in any stream from a recognized College or university. Then, you need to sit for an entrance test conducted by the college in order to evaluate yourself for the respective course. Thanks.
