We received a deeper understanding of all the topics mentioned in the textbooks.

Placements: In my college, they provide about 90% placement. The student becomes eligible for placements after the 6th semester or at the start of the 7th semester. The companies that visited the campus during my time were Cognizant, Edifice, Johnson Control, etc., to name a few. The highest package offered was 5 LPA and the average package offered was 3.30 LPA. Approximately 80% of students got placed that year and I had plans to sit for the government exams.

Infrastructure: The names of the annual technical festivals of my college are Techstorm and Elixir. They are held in the months of March and April every year. The accessibility to books and journals is limited to students. There are no sports or events held in the college as the campus has very limited space.

Faculty: The faculty members and technicians were friendly and top-notch, with most of the faculty members being PhDs and M.Phils. I would like to mention a few names like Surajit Sir and Arijit Sir, who were both PhDs and specialists in their respective domains. They were considered the best faculty members in the entire ECE department. There were no faculty members on my dislike list. The course contains 8 semesters and intermediate exams and assignments, which were moderate to difficult. Due to our faculty and the good track record of our college, very few students failed the exams. The course being relevant helped us in a lot of ways to pass the examinations.

Our college is a good place to get placed in good company and enjoy your college life.

Placements: In our college, approximately 90% of students were placed. Top recruiting companies like CTS, Wipro, PWC, etc., visited our campus. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Very good roles were offered to students whose reading and communication skills were good.

Infrastructure: Labs were very well structured and had good devices. The library was very huge with lots of books. Our classrooms were good. Hostels were very comfortable and they provided free Wi-Fi. The food quality at the hostel was adequate for the price.

Faculty: All faculty members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Semester exams were not so difficult. You must have 75% attendance. Every topic was explained to us by our teachers. The curriculum was related to industries that made us comfortable in our professional life.

The college has good placements, faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Almost everyone got placements. You can sit on pool campus and on-campus placements (mid scale companies like Objsol, infield, Thirdeye etc. To it giants like CTS, Infosys, Capgemini, Hitachi). Almost everyone was placed from B.Tech and MCA. 60% of the students were placed. The students were recruited for several technical roles as data analyst, programmer analyst trainee, developer, apprentice.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. There is no issue with classrooms and laboratories, but there is no personal ground of college. There are 3 buildings in the residential area. The library, medical facilities etc. are available in the college. The college has enough canteen, which is actually good and cheap. My friend hostel was pretty much good concerning reasonable price. The Wi-Fi facility is free, and labs are quite good and sufficient regarding number. Almost all books are available in the library. Regarding games, I would rate 5/5 for the infrastructure of the college. On e disadvantage is that college doesn't have their ground.

Faculty: I would rate 5/5 in case of curriculum or faculty members. There are no words to describe. The faculty members are extremely knowledgeable. The pre-placement classes for preparations are arranged for technical or aptitude. The college leaves no stone unturned to prepare an aspirant. Apart from course curriculum other technologies and other classes required for placements are arranged.

Overall, good college. One of best engineering colleges in Kolkata.

Placements: Placement is average. The main recruiters are CTS and Infosys. Every year, around 30-40 MNCs come to BPPIMT. The college provides many training opportunities to crack the placement drive. Overall, good placement. Around 70% students get a job.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good. The campus is very small. No playground. The laboratory room is good. The computer lab is also good. Overall, average infrastructure. There is no free Wi-Fi. You have to pay for Wi-Fi. Classrooms are good, the canteen is not good. Medical facility is available.

Faculty: The faculty is really good. It is the big advantage of BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology. If you really want to learn, then this college is proper for you. Each and every faculty member is friendly and helpful. They don't give mental pressure to students.
