Our college has good placements but the facilities and faculty are average.
Placements: About 60% of students get placed at our college every year. The lowest salary package offered for our course is 3.6 LPA and the highest salary package is 11 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Wipro, Emphasis, TATA, and many others. As doing an internship is compulsory, students select the companies on their own. The top roles offered in our course are software engineer, software developer, and many others.
Infrastructure: Our college has spacious classrooms, labs, and a wide library. Labs are supported with an internet connection. There is a sports ground and a gym. Certain medical facilities are provided. The food is average when left to your taste. You can spend quality time in the gym.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. Our course is industry-relevant, which makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty of a semester exam depends totally on how you study. The passing percentage in our college is about 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be a software developer. Engaging more experienced faculty members can improve the course and college. We can have a good time at events and festivals conducted by our college. The campus is surrounded by all the good facilities.

B.G.S Institute of Technology.
Placements: Good companies visit the college to offer placements. Almost 85% of the students are placed. Startups pay low packages, and the well-reputed companies pay high packages. The civil and mechanical students have few placements compared to CSE and ECE branches every year.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good. The campus is huge. Lab facilities are very good. The non-teaching staff are rude to the students. Apart from that, everything else is good. The principal is also very friendly.
Faculty: The faculty are very good, but they are not experienced. Some of them teach us very well, but some don't teach well. The maths department has the worst faculty. Now, it is an autonomous university. I think the teachers should get special training. The faculty are friendly but very strict about the attendance and uniform.
Other: The fests conducted in the college are not good. The campus crowd is good. No extracurricular activities are conducted in the college.

Good infrastructure and cultural events are average. Placements and practical exams are average too.
Placements: Only around 20% of students from my course were placed. The salary packages ranged from 4 LPA to 8 LPA. Companies like HCL, TCS, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra participated in the placement drive. I personally got an internship at HCL Software. But, most students had to find internships off campus since the college didn’t offer many opportunities. Courses were CSE, ISE, Civil, Mechanical, EC, AI and ML.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and accessibility to labs were good. Wi-Fi, library, and classroom availability were also good. Classes were sometimes taught using PowerPoint presentations. The hostel facilities were average, as the building was old and the college was located in a rural area.
Faculty: Theory was taught good, but practicals and projects were not satisfactory. I wanted more support in those areas. Gaining practical knowledge was a bit of a task. But, the course was very helpful for the industry. Exams were not difficult.
Other: There were not many events like hackathons organized.

For me it is very good college.
Placements: More than 80 students are placed in my college. More than 50 per cent of students got internships the top companies such as Wipro, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. The infrastructure is wonderful and the environment of the hostel is peaceful. The food quality is okay and the library contains every edition of the book. The college has medical facilities for students.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified for teaching. They will have enough knowledge and their teaching quality is very good. They will clear every doubt. They are good at the English language and you will understand very clearly. Yes, it will make the student's industry-ready.
