Review of Information Technology engineering from the Jyothy engineering college.
Placements: At our institute, 30–40% of the students get placements in this course. The average package offered at the college was between 3 and 4 LPA. The top recruiters at this college were Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, Genpact, etc. The top roles offered in our course were developers, engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure for students. The facilities offered at our college were of good quality. The college has Wi-Fi, labs, a library, a canteen, etc. facilities for the students. The college has hostel facilities for the students too. Sports facilities were available for the students.
Faculty: The faculty of the college were qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers are supporting students in all their doubts. The course curriculum followed at the college was relevant and made students industry-ready. Semester exams at our college were not hard to pass at all.

Absolutely satisfied, as I feel it is worth the money I pay for it.
Placements: INR 43 LPA was the highest package, and TCS was the top recruiting company. The job roles offered were mainly internships, with stipends ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 15,000. I am in the field of information science, and our seniors mainly focus on getting into DevOps and software development.
Infrastructure: The boys hostel is on campus, but the girls hostel is 10 kilometers away, and a college bus comes and picks them up every day. The girls hostel is not nice, according to a few of my friends. The boys hostel is nice, and they get fresh air as the campus is surrounded by trees and gardens and is located outside the city, whereas the girls hostel is within the city.
Faculty: Teachers are some really good people; it is affiliated with VTU, and all semester exams are under the VTU board. The teachers are strict when it comes to exams, and exams are moderate as I am in my first year. The labs are not so well equipped but are feasible to some extent.

Absolutely satisfied with the college but not satisfied with faculty.
Placements: Placements in our college are good since 2018. Moreover, management is also successful in offering tier 1 companies for students. Students can also expect placement training programs. Once students get placed in companies they should pay money, i.e., around 15,000-18,000, to placement department to get the offer letters from them, and it is mandatory. The important thing is academic marks matters a lot to attend any campus drives. Overall I would rate 3 out of 5 for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. Wi-Fi facility is not freely available to students, and it is not affordable. However, you can use the Wi-Fi facility in labs. Labs are good and equipped with components which are required to teach students. The library is good and offers a good environment to study. The medical facility needs to improve. Don't expect too much from them if there is an emergency. Quality of labs and classrooms is quite good. The canteen should also be improved. The canteen is too small considering the number of students in the college. The food served in the canteen is expensive. Quality of food served is not that bad, but I can assure it has the minimum quality that people expect. I don't know about the hostel rooms. However, as my friends said the hostel is good and surrounding is very good. We can expect no disturbance there. The quality of the food served in the hostel is not good. Boys hostel is on the campus and girls hostel is outside the college, and it is situated near Yelechenahalli Metro Station. Moreover, college bus is provided to commute. Lunch is provided in college for the girls who stay in girls hostel. Classrooms are not equipped with air-conditioners, but there are only fans. Overall I would rate 4 out of 5 for the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college don't have enough knowledge. Some of the lecturers are very helpful, and some of them are not. Quality of teaching is also good. But don't expect that all portions will be finished by them. They should improve their teaching abilities. We also get industry exposure but not much. Student can't depend fully on lecturers. We should also work as an individual. The course curriculum is good, but they should focus more on providing practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge.
Other: Students can expect a lot of events and activities. A lot of events and activities are conducted here. The good thing is that though the campus is too small, it offered a very good environment and surrounding with a lot of trees. The college atmosphere is awesome. The college is located far away from the main road. College bus facility is good, but students who rely on BMTC (government buses) should walk to the main road if no BMTC available near the college. Only at a specific time, we can expect a BMTC bus. If not, then wait for buses in college. The distance between the college to the main road is nearly 1.2 km.

The infrastructure, lectures, college, and campus is good.
Placements: The placements of the college are good. There was good training provided by a research team. Training classes will be held every year in the college. There was a good course outcome. The people behave well. Well-mannered lectures are present. Well educated and knowledgeable lecturers who train the students very well are available.
Infrastructure: Labs are too good. All sorts of books were available in the library. The classrooms on the third floor get wet during the rainy season. It was a good college. Food was available for hostelers. Food was made for the festivals. Hostel rooms were good. Sports and games are conducted. Labs have an internet connection. Medical facilities were available in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members were too good at teaching. They were very friendly with the students. They build confidence. They guided us properly. There were very nice lectures. The lectures are knowledgeable. They did an outbound activity, and the students made mini projects. Many fests are conducted. Teaching quality is good. Blackboards are used to teach.
Other: Events were held in every semester, which makes students knowledgeable. The campus was too wide. We can peacefully study on the campus.

The good faculty and infrastructure and all the good placements make this college a good one.
Placements: In our college, the placements are pretty good. Many students of our college are selected or placed in many companies. I don't remember the name of the companies. The students whose aggregate is more are placed in good companies whereas the remaining students with less aggregate are also placed in some of the companies with good values. Not even a single student who has passed is without the jobs.
Infrastructure: As far as the infrastructure is concerned, there is nothing to worry about it. We have got all the luxuries in our college. Our college campus speaks it all. We have a playground for basketball, football, handball, etc. They will built cafeteria, library, laboratories and all.
Faculty: The faculty depends on the department. I will discuss regarding the information science department. The lectures in the information science department are really good. They make so many arrangements to make us understand the subject. The teaching is pretty good. All the teachers treat the students in a nice way. We feel happy, and they make us love the subjects more and more.
