The college is mediocre. The placements are average.

Placements: 75% of students got placed in the years 2022–2023. The top recruiters are Infosys, Bosch, TCS, Flipkart, Adobe, HP, Mindtree, and Capgemini. roles offered are developer, Data Analyst, Tester, etc. The packages range from 1.5 LPA to 6 LPA. 75% of students got internships at companies like Prinston Smart Limited, HAL, Ybi Foundation, Dev Minds, and Hindustan Aeronautics.

Infrastructure: The ISE Department is situated on the second floor. Labs are good but it depends on which lab you get assigned. Classrooms are spacious. The library is huge and you can find many resources there. College Wi-Fi is available but not in every part of the campus. Drinking water is available on every floor. Boys and girls washrooms are available on every floor. The campus is quite small and there is not much there to walk around. The hostel is fine compared to PG's around the college. Food is good. Non-vegetarian food is available 3-4 days per week. 2 hot water taps are available on every floor. No washing machines. A lift is there. No TV. There are not many options in the canteen but there is a lot of availability for packaged foods like chips. Emergency medical cases are taken to the Rajarajeshwari Medical College. Sports are encouraged. The NCC and NSS are also present.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified; one drawback would be their lack of teaching in English. Their English is not fluent but they teach at their best. The syllabus that is being followed is a bit old, as this college follows VTU. Just relying on this college doesn't help get placements. Semester exams are a bit difficult, as this is as per VTU. Pass percentage is 80%.

Other: ISE is a promising course with high placements. Programming subjects are taught and the scope of this course is very high. More practical skills should be taught than theories. Events happen but not much compared to other colleges in Bangalore. Imp events: prismatic week, Kalasourabha, Kannada Rajyotsava. The campus is small, so you will find people everywhere. NCC and NSS are the important organizations. The basketball court, volleyball court, throw ball court, and temple are on the ground.

Overall, it's a moderate college.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in the course is somewhere around 72-80%. The highest package offered in our college was around 9 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA, with an average LPA around 4.5. The top recruiting companies are ITC Infotech, Currently Technology, Capgemini, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra. The amount of internships secured by students this year is around 40%, including paid and unpaid internships. The top roles offered in our college are in Front-end Development and Software Engineering.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in our college are very good. For example, Wi-Fi is provided to every individual student, and there are well-equipped labs and digital classrooms. They also provide a digital library alongside traditional libraries. The facilities provided for students are very clean, hygienic, and the food quality in the hostel mess is very good and tasty.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and extremely knowledgeable in teaching. The course curriculum is structured with two semester examinations, each containing 6 or 7 subject examinations. There are internal assessments for each semester, with three assessments contributing to internal marks.

Other: The reason behind my choosing this course is because Information Science offers a lot of knowledge and has more scope in the industry. The best thing about this course is that you gain real-world examples and industry knowledge. Areas for improvement include bus facilities and some teachers' explanation and interaction with students. There are many events and festivals conducted on campus, although connectivity of bus routes can be challenging due to traffic.

It has a good infrastructure along with a good education.

Placements: The college guarantees 100% placements if the students perform well. Annual CTC offered in this course is 30 LPA with an average of 7 to 8 LPA due to recession in the IT industry. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Mu sigma, Tiger and others visit for placements. The roles offered include that of a full stack engineer.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on campus. The college provides a bus facility along with a Wi-Fi facility, and a library as well.Food facility in hostel is extraordinary and they provide good and healthy food for the students.

Faculty: The teachers are good and they will help you during the exams. They will clear all the doubts in your mind. They provide a good education along with good placement opportunities. The passing percentage is our class in the 7th sem is 100%. The college provides a good surrounding.

Other: The passing out batch is doing well in their life. I don’t find any problem with the college curriculum.

It provides good infrastructure and education.

Placements: In our college, there is a decent placements record till now, but from two years, more placements are provided by this college. The salary package offered is 7 LPA, and more for maintaining a good CGPA in academics. Many companies visit our college for placements. The students association is also there in our college.

Infrastructure: The hostel is very good and hygienic. It is 100 meters from our campus only. The food and rooms are very clean and good. A warden is friendly, always supports students, and also guides students. It also provides a 4G Wi-Fi facility.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very supportive of students. They help students in all possible ways. Many programs make the students industry-ready and excel. Academics is a thing in which students should concentrate, and semester exams are difficult.

Our college is good. You can join if you have less CET rankings.

Placements: Placements in our college are not bad. More than 40 companies visit our college for placements, and it goes well for software students. Overall, it is a good college. Our college is not bad for internships and recruitment. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are good. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. There are 3 cafes and canteen. Labs and classrooms are spacious enough for the students. Our college is good to study with no distractions.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college all not that experienced, but they give time to students well. Some teachers are good. You can think of joining the RR college of engineering because it focuses less on other activities and more on studies.

Other: Our college is good for students who have less CET rankings.

Our college placements and infrastructure are good.

Placements: In our college, almost 92% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. In 2021, the highest salary package offered was 30 LPA by Cisco. There were a total of 306 students placed in companies during the year 2021. Top recruiting companies like HP, Goldman Sachs, Accolite, etc., visit our campus.

Infrastructure: Our libraries are excellent. The cafeteria is not recommended by anyone at this college because the taste is average. The hostel serves non-vegetarian food four times per week. Wi-Fi is available but you have to contact the college for it and fill out a form that has to pass through the HOD. Our college has a very good environment.

Faculty: Our teachers are very friendly and listen to you very carefully. Loners can stay peaceful. Semester exams are conducted by the government. The college is at VTU so the papers will be sent directly to VTU. The correction might be an issue because they cut the marks without any reason so you have to give your paper for re-evaluation. They conduct free industry visits for students on their bus and show us different things and how they work.

Other: Our college students don't rag with each other.

Good faculty, strong placements, and excellent infrastructure with a supportive environment.

Placements: In our ISE batch (2022-2026) at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, about 78% of students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3.2 LPA, and the average is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters include Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Bosch, and Honeywell. Around 60% secured internships in companies like BEL, Bosch, and Tata Elxsi. Roles offered are embedded engineer, network engineer, design engineer, and software developer. The placement cell's training, workshops, and mock interviews greatly helped us perform well, and overall, placements are above average with opportunities in both core and IT fields.

Infrastructure: Our ISE department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi access, and a spacious library with a good collection of books and journals. The hostel offers clean rooms, decent mess food, a canteen with variety, medical facilities, and sports areas for games.

Faculty: The faculty is qualified, supportive, and uses practical examples to make learning effective, while the curriculum is updated and industry-relevant. Semester exams are moderately difficult with a pass percentage of around 85%, encouraging students to maintain consistent preparation.
