A paleontologists main work is to study about fossils of extinct flora and fauna species. And then apart from this, theirjob is related to teaching in labs, in institutions, and also to conduct fieldwork and  research.

Their main responsibility is  to ensure the safety of mine workers, assigning shifts, training and development of workers, to supervise that targets are achieved and are of high quality and maintaining data etc.
