Candidates completed Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Sciences / Humanities/ Social Science with at least 50% marks from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply. Deputed teachers teaching for Class V to XII in W.B. Govt.; Govt. aided and Govt. Sponsored institution are eligible. Candidates pursuing any other Course of Studies (regular degree)/Job/Service/Fulltime Research Work will not be allowed to pursue this course simultaneously. Age relaxation for maximum 5 years for students belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Handicapped categories. No age bar for deputed candidates.
