It is not necessary to have work experience to apply for MBA or FPM courses at BIMTECH. Aspirants citing work experience need to have an appointment ketter and a recent pay slip as a proof. 

Scholars or professionals wishing to make a career in Research, Consulting, or Academics (including Teaching), can help from doctoral level programmes. The candidate should have high scholastic presence and aptitude for research. The aspirant should have enough self-motivation to withstand the rigour of the programme.

The selection process of FPM at BIMTECH will contain of presentation (offline/online) by the candidates on their research proposal, then followed by interviews. Based on the final scores, the aspirants merit list is prepared; according to which offers for admissions are made.

The placements are conducted annually at BIMTECH Campus. The institute has achieved 98.04% placements for the overall PGDM Class of 2025. Candidates can apply for MBA course at BIMTECH if they have scored 65% in graduation. Aspirants must complete graduation with a minimum agggregate of 50% to apply for MBA. However, selection to the course is done on the basis of score obtained by the applicants in entrance tests plus PI and Extempore rounds conducted by the institue.
