The selection process of FPM at BIMTECH will contain of presentation (offline/online) by the candidates on their research proposal, then followed by interviews. Based on the final scores, the aspirants merit list is prepared; according to which offers for admissions are made.

The institute offers good placements annually to its PGDM courses. As per the latest report, the highest package offered during BIMTECH placements 2025 was INR 22 LPA. Further, the average package offered stood at INR 11 LPA.

Birla Institute of Management Technology offers a large diversity of courses to students in Management field. BIMTECH admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. Students seeking course admissions must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for any of the prescribed entrance exams such as XAT,  CAT,  CMAT, among others. At BIMTECH, students can pursue the PGDM course across several specialisations such as International Relations, Retail Management, Insurance Business Management and more. Additionally, students are also offered a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). Professionals who have a working experience of at least five years at a managerial or equivalent post can apply for the Executive Fellow Programme in Management. Please note in the event of an inappropriate break (without work experience) after your Graduation, you will be required to provide a justification during the selection process. Having work experience between Graduation and year of PGDM admission shall be treated as valid.

PGDM programme provides opportunity for students to undertake specializations in functional areas of Strategy & Consulting, Marketing,  Finance & Banking, Human Resource and Operations & Decision Science while in PGDM (International Business) programme, only Strategy & Consulting, Marketing, Finance and Banking, Operations & Decision Science are offered. In both the programmes, Emerging Industry specialisations like IT/ITeS, BFSI, Data Analytics & Digital Business are also offered.
Similarly in PGDM (IBM) program, students are given exposure of all the relevant inputs related to important functional domains, be it,  Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance and InsurTech while in PGDM (RM) programme, Visual Merchandising, Franchise Management and Analytical skills with respect to Retail Service Operations are covered.

BIMTECH, Greater Noida offers admission to students in an online mode. They should register and create an account. For final application submission, students should pay application fee of INR 2,250 through Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.

Candidates are selected based on two parts. The first part is the Merit, and the second is the Supernumerary. A total of 5% seats are reserved for the ESCS will be open for the general category if not filled by the ESCS category.
