A pass in Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent grade along with 60% aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent is required to apply for the FPM programme.

The institute considers XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ JRF, statement of purpose, research proposal, past academic performance, work experience (if any) and personal interview to shotlist candidates for FPM programme.

FPM is offered in 12 specialisations, namely Economics, Finance, Big Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, etc.

GIM Goa offers a full-time four-year residential Fellowship Programme in Management. The courses at the GIM Goa are offered in various specialisations. Admission to the FPM course is based on CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ CSIR NET/ MAT/ UGC NET/ JRF scores followed by a PI round. GIM Goa also considers the work experience, research proposal, academic performance, and statement of purpose of the candidates. GIM Goa has a good record of placements for its PGDM courses. As per the latest report, the highest package offered during GIM Goa placements in 2024 stood at INR 29 LPA. The GIM Goa average package offered to the PGDM batch 2024 stood at INR 14.81 LPA. Further, the GIM Goa average package offered to PGDM HCM and PGDM BDA batch 2024 stood at INR 14.25 LPA and INR 15.6 LPA, respectively. Admission to GIM Goa is entrance-based. Candidates must first apply for admission via online mode. The selection process for PGDM course, includes XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores followed by face-to-face evaluation and profile assessment index. For PGDM BDA, candidates must also qualify GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) for admission. FPM admission is based on XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ JRF and other score followed by a personal interview round.
