All the programmes offered at BIMTECH are residential and hence the admitted students are to compulsorily stay in the hostels of the Institute. BIMTECH is located in a sprawling, fully wired, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi residential campus in Greater Noida, on the out skirts of New Delhi, the capital city of India. The campus environment is highly conducive to academic learning. The Institute has both on & off campus hostel accommodation with similar facilities. Girl students are provided accommodation in the hostel located in campus. Rooms are provided on single or twin sharing basis depending upon the number and composition of the students admitted at the sole discretion of the management. The current lodging and boarding charges for the hostel, security deposit and medical insurance which is over and above the tuition fee are as
follows:

• Lodging (Hostel Rent) : INR 1,32,000 per year
• Boarding (Mess Charges) : INR 70,200 per year
• Refundable Security (General+Library) : INR 50,000 (one time)

BIMTECH Noida offers two scholarships. First one is, Programme Tuition Fee for full course and second is, Late Basant Kumar Birla Admission Merit Scholarship. BIMTECH admission ro MBA course is based any of the entrance exam scores namely CAT, CMAT, XAT and MAT. Candidates who seek to take admission in MBA at BIMTECH must have a valid score in order to be eligible for the further admission process. Going as per the last year trends, it can be estimated that BIMTECH cutoff for MBA admissions stood closed at 70 for CAT, 70 for XAT, 75 for CMAT and 80 for MAT for the General category - All India students. Yes, candidates appearing in the final year examination of graduation (first attempt) in summer 2025 can apply subject to furnishing the proof of Graduation by October 31 of the admission year. Non-fulfilment of this condition or not scoring 50% marks in Graduation, will automatically result in the cancellation of the provisional admission without refund of the fee.
Please note in the event of an inappropriate break (without work experience) after your Graduation, you will be required to provide a justification during the selection process. Having work experience between Graduation and year of PGDM admission shall be treated as valid.

In order to get admission to MBA at BIMTECH, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria for this course. After that, students should fill out an online application form on University's official website. BIMTECH application process is explained in steps below:

Additionally, students are also offered a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). You are eligible to apply for MBA course at BIMTECH if you have scored 65% in graduation. The minimum eligibility requirement for MBA admission at BIMTECH requires the aspirants to complete graduation with minimum a minimum agggregate of 50%. However, selection to the course is done on the basis of score obtained by the applicants in entrance tests plus PI and Extempore rounds conducted by the institue.
