Absolutely dissatisfied because of the lectures/faculty and management.
Placements: Very less percentage of students were placed in good companies. The highest package was 6LPA and the lowest was 4LPA and average of 4.5 LPA. I only heard that ICICI was a top recruiter that came to our college. About 20-30% only got placed. I'm not aware of the roles they got placed in.
Infrastructure: There are well maintenance classrooms, but no projectors as of now in classrooms. The canteen is expensive and not good. The auditorium isn't spacious enough. The field consists of all the courts in one. The library is good, it's got great books, newspapers, novels, and other religious books. The washrooms are average. Overall the campus looks plain and dull.
Faculty: The teachers for my BCA course weren't good enough and knowledgeable. Thought they had it written on our college diaries that they are well qualified, they didn't seem to be like that in terms of their teaching. The Ph.D. holders here don't seem to have any knowledge. The exams are moderately difficult because the teachers don't teach well, they expect us to study on our own. The pass percentage might be 50-60%. And I don't think this makes us industry ready.
Other: I chose BCA because I thought it'd help me in the long run in the future to stand out among the others. The best thing about it is, we can learn programming, and other things pertaining to the course on our own through many sources. Our course can be improved by providing add on courses apart from academics that have high demand in the market like Digital Marketing, Data Science, etc. There are events and fests but they are done in a very uninterested manner with low budget. The crowd consists of mostly kannada and Tamil speaking people and not much of English is heard here. The campus and the surroundings look average and dull. There are only sports as part of extra curriculars.
