BITS Pilani is a recognised and prominent Design institute in Goa. The institute gives different courses in disciplines such as Design, Science, Technology, etc. The institute is recognised by the UGC and AICTE. The NAAC has accredited the institute with “A” grade. Yes, you can get admisson to BSc at BITS Pilani Goa without any entrance exam. BITS Pilani Goa has three modes of admission, i.e., BITSAT-2024 Scheme, Board Topper's scheme, and International Students' Admission Scheme. If candidates are qualified for the Board Topper's scheme, and International Students' Admission Scheme, they are extempt from the BITSAT entrance exam. Which means stduents are admitted to the BSc course directly without any entrance exam.
BITS Goa offers a number of UG, PG, and PhD courses including BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MBA, BSc, MSc and PhD. These courses are extended across a truly wide range of specialisations with students able to flexibly decide their futures through their preferrences. BITS Pilani Goa does offer direct admission to the ME course without them having to appear in the BITSAT exam. The institute offers admission to the ME course in three modes. Board Topper's scheme offers direct admission if a candidate is a central/ state board topper, BITS Pilani offers direct admission to the specialisation of his choice, irrespective of their BITSAT score. Generally, BITS Pilani admission to most of the courses is based on candidates' performance BITS HD entrance test. Apart from the entrance test scores, students are also required to fulfill the minimum eligibility requirement set by the institute.
GATE is optional and it is among the BITS Goa ME accepted entrance exams. Alternatively, the candidates can also take the BITS HD Online Test. In case of Software Systems the score on BITS HD Online Test is the only factor taken into account.

For BITS Goa course admissions, candidates need to clear the entrance exam. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission. Moreover, candidates need to submit separate application forms for Integrated First Degree Programmes, Higher Degree Programmes, and Doctoral Programmes. The concerned authorities of BITS Pilani will create the BITSAT merit list based on the candidate's performance i.e., their obtained scores in the entrance examination. BITSAT merit list will be prepared and released online at bitsadmission.com. It is to be noted that two separate merit lists will be released - admit list and wait list. The names of the candidates who have met the required eligibility and have been selected for admission will be released through the BITSAT admit list. Meanwhile, the BITSAT wait list will consist of those candidates who will be called for admissions later if there are vacant seats available.

BITS Pilani Goa BE admission is completely entrance-based. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses (BE).
BITS Pilani Goa campus hasn't released any BE dates for admission in 2026. The dates are usually out in June. However, candidates can refer to the dates of BITSAT 2026 for BE admission. Candidates with a valid BITSAT score become eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Engineering course.
BITS Pilani Goa ME course is a two year postgraduate course. A total of 160 students can do ME course at the institute. Candidates are required to participate in the in-house BITS HD exam. ME seats are allotted once the BITSAT counselling is done and the BITS HD 2025 seat allotment results are released in the form of iterations. The authorities will allot seats based on the candidate's BITS HD rank, preferences, and seat availability.

No, there are no seat reservations for the BE course at BITS Pilani. The institute only offers seats based on the in-house exam candidates' academic performance. Candidates must appear for the BITSAT 2025 exam and participate in the counselling rounds for BE seats.
