Every thing is good in this very good college.
Placements: This is a college affiliated with Burdwan University. Almost 80% of students get job with a starting salary package of 2.4 LPA and the placement process was easy and pleasant. From B.Sc biochemistry, you can go to any chemical field and also to food inspection department.
Infrastructure: The canteen is also good. No hostel facility is provided on campus.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and guide well. The quality of teaching is fine and the curriculum is updated from time to time. The teachers are supportive and help us in getting the desired education and the output. They help to decide your future plan. Exams are tough but 98% of students pass out. It always depends on you and your approach to the subject. I wish for a good career.
Other: I am doing my B.Sc. in this college. I like this subject. It is a very interesting subject.

It's the best college in Burdwan for B.Sc biotechnology as it has good labs and friendly teachers.
Placements: Only 2 out of 17 students in B.Sc. biotechnology got placed from college. Almost 3 of the student didn't participate in the placement test as they want to go for higher studies. Including our course, the highest salary offered was 2.5 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was 2 LPA. Top companies like Genpact, Capgemini, Jio, Concentrix and TCS visit our college for recruitment. Main roles offered are like marketing, content moderator, medical coding jobs and others. Two students including me got an internship from college.
Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi which gives 1 GB data. Classrooms are descent. The important thing for a B.Sc biotechnology student is a lab and it is the best in Burdwan. There are some good teachers who will guide us during lab sessions. Library is huge and it issues 3 books and 2 book banks per semester. There is a canteen on the campus but it is quite expensive.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very good, but some new teachers are not up to the mark but they try their best. Our college follows semester base (CBCS) exam system, and we are the first batch of the semester exam. The course subjects are quite helpful and interesting.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in biotechnology. Our college organises events like fresher, fest, tour, scholarship programs, and annual sports.

A review about BIMS college and its infrastructure.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college and the placement facilities provided are very good. Last year, TCS, Wipro and many other companies visited the campus. The salaries offered by the companies are very good. I am a student of BIMS, and I see all of our seniors working in many well-known companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The Wi-Fi facility is always available. The library is very good and has a lot of costly books. Students can take 2 books in a week. Medical facilities are available. There are 3 labs in our college, and the labs have many instruments. College bus facility is available for transportation.
Faculty: The course curriculum is obviously useful. There are a lot of faculty members available. The teachers are very helpful and are student friendly. Every Friday, college students give a seminar on various topics. Workshops are also held here.
Other: Every year, many big events like fresher's day, teacher's day and many more are organized in our college. The campus is very big and the campus crowd is also good. There are many staff members to help you.

BIMS is the best college in Burdwan, because of its course fees, infrastructure, faculty members.
Placements: The placement provided by the college, i.e. the opportunity is good. It really feels good to get the environment of BIMS. There is a way of making a career of the student in the college. The companies like Infosys, TCS and many more have come for the interviews. Now it all depends on the students and about their talent. The probability of the student cracking interview is 50% to 60% every year. In my year, many such companies came for taking the interviews. It feels good to say that am a student at BIMS.
Infrastructure: As I am from biotechnology Hons., so according to me, the infrastructure is very good. If it's about ranking the college, I would prefer 8 out of 10. Whether it's about laboratory or about canteen or about seminar hall or about classrooms, its all totally very good.
Faculty: The faculty members are just awesome. I would never have got in touch with such faculty members if I wasn't able to get my admission in BIMS. The faculty members are like gods for me. They are too good and too frank to understand us. I really like them a lot. about the course curriculum, it's all over very good. Members of BIMS maintain this very much.

Overall, the college is good and I recommend it.
Placements: Above 90% of students have been placed in my course. The average package offered in our course is nearly 95,000. Companies like Wipro, Infosys and many banks like HDFC, ICICI, etc., are some top recruiting companies for our course. Above 80% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure available in our course. We have clean and comfortable labs, air-conditioned classrooms and a peaceful library. We have fresh and hygienic food in our canteen. Medical facilities available are very good.
Faculty: The teachers are faithful, helpful and highly qualified with vast knowledge. The teaching quality of our teachers is an exception and easy to understand. Our college gives a 100% guarantee to make a student industry-ready. Semester exams are easy.
Other: I got very good response from the passed out students of this college.
