Burdwan raj college (presidency of burdwan) review.

Placements: Every year some companies came to offer various job through campusing. Some students crack the job. Various private companies, Bank are offering many types of job. Syndicate Bank, IDBI Bank and other banks are coming to offer some job to the students.

Infrastructure: In our college, every department has proper types of equipment, especially the Science departments, have tremendous laboratory facilities. In our hostel also very hygienic and clean, there is a gaming facility and also other various equipment have. Botany dept rock.

Faculty: Every department have there adequate faculty for each courses. Maximum faculty have minimum Ph.D. degree. The faculty have many paper in their name. Every 3 months there is a seminar for students. The students are very happy for learning many practical.

Other: Burdwan raj college is a big name under Burdwan University. Some time it's called as Presidency Of Burdwan.

According to me this college has a quite good infrastructure and facilities Teachers are really good

Placements: 35%Of students were placed in my course. The highest salary offered after completing this course was 1,00,000 per month and the lowest was 15,000 per month and the average was 30,000-40,000Rs per month. The top recruiting companies are Adecco India, Career Global, Staff Plus, Randstad India Limited, etc. I got offers from many companies to join as the asst. Manager, Supervisor, officer, etc. The highest package offered in my course was 14lakh per annum and the lowest was 6 Lacs annum 85%of students got internship from the course in popular companies like Adecco India, Randstad India Pvt Ltd. And many more. So I would highly recommend anyone to join this college to have a great career.

Infrastructure: Being a student of Burdwan Raj college According to me The Facilities of Burdwan Raj college Is quite good. Being a student in the Science department, the laboratories are quite good with modern instruments and the library is where you can find most of the books which would be very helpful. There is Wi-Fi connection also available in the college. The facilities in the hostel also fine, the quality of food is good enough. There is also the opportunity of sports and games case this college has a big playground where many inter-college sports tournaments are held every year so as a student if this college I had a decent experience and I would recommend everyone to join this college.

Faculty: The Teachers And The professors are very frank and helpful with the students which is very good in this college. The teachers are also very gentle, wise, well qualified and knowledgeable I was a student of B.Sc. according to me the curriculum of this course was very relevant. After the course, you will get ready for Industry.

Other: As I chose Science after Secondary I love the Science department subject I chose this course and this course also had better opportunities in the future. I think the practicals should be improved and the classes should be more frequent. Every year a social programme or annual programme is held in the college where students from different colleges are invited and enjoy. This college also organizes occasional fest and events. Thus the connectivity between the students grows. Meritorious students get scholarships from college. Students who belongs to poor family and with good marks gets scholarships. The college is situated in a very pleasant place. There is a park near the college and the surroundings of this campus is very reliable.

Good studying, helpful facalty, placement is not so good, lab are very good & renovated.

Placements: Approximately 7-8% of student are placed in deferent companies, The lowest salary if those companies are 9000 and the highest is approximately 15000, big companies like Bajaj capital, Aditya Birla capital, TCS are the recruiting company, Top role offer offered by them is branch coordinator, clients relationship officer etc. The number of 3-4% student take internship for Bajaj capital & TCS.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are very furnished and clean, Also a big library with important books are available in our college. Canteen also available in our college, all staff of canteen & quality of food is so good. Our college has owned a small medical treatment centre for our students and the service of the centre is free for students, all types of sport & game play in our campus, Also modern gim centre available in our campus.

Faculty: Is all teachers & head of the departments are very helpful. Large number of teacher ahve Ph.D. in there own subjects. This course curriculum not much but help a little for industry. But seminar in our college make our self groomed. Our teacher help us with gave yourself practical knowledge.

Other: I am choosing this course because I belongs from Science background and my first choice is offcourse B.Sc. and I choose it. I wish that more practical knowledge is improved our skills. Many events & excursion organised by college for our course that help us. Also government & private scholarship available, it's help specially poor students.

The college is average, but if you have a better option, go for that.

Placements: As it is a general college, students do their undergraduate degree from here. After that, according to their merits and marks obtained in the final examination, they get admission in university for further studies. Few students give JAM and go to IIT, where rest of the students got admitted in various state universities.

Infrastructure: There is a well-equipped lab. The library is not that much good. The canteen's food is not up to the mark. There is no hostel facility. The college campus is not up to the mark. The college has no playground. There is no parking facility. The drainage system is also not good. Toilets are bad.

Faculty: The professors are good enough. The teaching method is very good. The student-faculty ratio is approximately 6:1. Professors are very student friendly, and they help us whenever we need help in our study. Lecture classes are done regularly, and students are eager to attend the classes.

An average degree college with average infrastructure and average facilities.

Placements: It is a general degree college. The students do the bachelors degree in subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, Bengali, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, history, geography, etc. After completion, good students go for a masters degree. No direct placement occurs as such. There is a course of BCA & BBA, which started newly. Very few direct placements occur. By the way, many of our alumni are well established. The students have to search for a job by themselves.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. Till now, there is no open Wi-Fi, but you can use internet from the computer of your respective department. Some classrooms are smart with modern technology. The library is good with a huge collection. The canteen food is also cheap and good. The hostels are also of low cost, and there is no complaint of ragging. Last but not the least, the campus is too much neat and clean.

Faculty: All the faculty are not good at teaching. There are many who teach well, and as usual, there are also the teachers whose classes are very boring. The number of teachers are almost sufficient regarding the number of students. Not a very good college with advanced facilities, but on an average, it is good.
