Good and affordable college for general course students.

Placements: As this is a government college, placements are very less. Placements are only available for BCA students. Though placements are not given to humanities or general Science students. Though the placements are not up to the mark. It offers some average placements.

Infrastructure: The college campus is large there are 3 libraries,1 large ground. It offers 3 hostels and a good quality and budget friendly canteen for students. There is also Wi-Fi zone for students and there is a computer and highly equipped Science labs in the college.

Faculty: The professors of the college are highly qualified and very friendly to the students. They are always open to help. The faculty members are always ready to help. It is one of the best colleges under Burdwan University. It holds good record of marks from the students.

Good college, quality teachers, very good infrastructure, reasonable fees.

Placements: As it is a general degree course, no student of my batch had got placement. But in B.A. and BCA dept. there is good results of placement. Many IT companies and MNCs came there for placement offers like wipro, tcs, cognizant etc. Average in placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is pretty good. Also infrastructure of the whole college is very good. There are 6 labs for graduation course of the dept. Classrooms are neat and clean and every classroom contains air conditioners. Library of the dept. is very good with various books. Also canteen, ground is very good.

Faculty: Faculty members of the dept. are quite good. They all are Ph.D. There is no misconception of the teachers. Besides teaching in class they also used to help students any time even if they are in staffroom. Many students of the dept. got placed in reputed organizations.

Other: More or less every part of the college, either in studies or in extracurricular activities is pretty good.
