I am absolutely satisfied with our college because of teaching quality.

Placements: Placements are not provided on-campus but the placement cell provides details of many jobs to students. There are no such reputed companies for placements. Some students get internships. The role offered is lab assistant.

Infrastructure: Our college has a smart and upgraded modern auditorium. There are smart classrooms with projectors. Wi-Fi is available on campus. labs have modern devices. The library is big and smart. Our college does not provide a hostel facility.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, friendly, and much qualified. They are qualified with Ph.D. degrees. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is 80%.

Other: I chose this course as it is very helpful to enter into the industry in India. Events and fests are organised in our college. Scholarships are also provided.

Satisfied by the efforts of the faculty. They teach their best and also they have good experience.

Placements: Placements are less and there is no package issue. No recruiting company comes to the college campus. There is a placement cell which provides information about the job opportunities. No internship is available in this college but in Masters, there are internships available.

Infrastructure: No hostel is available in the college. Canteen and its food is average. No sports ground is there in the college. There are fully furnished laboratories in every department. The classrooms are also modern. Wi-Fi is available for laboratory work.

Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. They make students ready for the industry work. There are also some industry visits organised by the college. Semester exams are too difficult. The internal exams are also difficult. Pass percentage is around 80-90%.

Almost all the departments are good.

Placements: 90% students were placed in B.Sc chemistry honors course. It is not an engineering college, it is a general degree college. All the courses are good. Some percentage of students got internships in some companies and they are working well now.

Infrastructure: The college has average infrastructure and its labs are good. The college is clean and classrooms are good with screen facility. In this college, every department has Wi-Fi facility. The college has a big library with approximately 4000 books. Sports and games are good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are of moderate level and questions are very conceptual. Every year, maximum percent of students pass. Students are attentive and competitive.

It has a good infrastructure, good lab facility, eminent teachers, and high academic activities.

Placements: There are no placements after B.Sc.(Hons) in chemistry. At this undergraduate level, only one day internship/visit to a company was done when the whole procedure was offline. Maybe they have a placement cell this year 2021 for some small jobs.

Infrastructure: We have 4 labs in our chemistry department. Labs have very much space and we have one more small lab for spectroscopy. Though there is no hostel facility provided by the college itself. The classrooms are big and spacy, we have projectors in our room and the room is soundproof also. The rooms have fans and it is like a gallery and is awesome. We have a big community hall on our chemistry department floor.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and helpful also. There are so many academic activities they organise in a year like national and international seminars and webinars. The online exam procedure was very smooth. We have a chemistry gallery where Hons students do classes and we had one small lecture room. There are many lecture rooms in the physical chemistry laboratory.

Other: I opted for this course because chemistry is a beautiful subject. If you love it then just go for it. Every year college authority organises a fest where most eminent singers like Arijit Singh and KK were invited. They also organises freshers. You can easily come from Sealdah to Surendranath college by walk. They organise annual sports every year.

In short my college is not that bad.

Placements: The placement of my college is very bad. Infrastructure of my college is good. Like 20 to 30 students are placed in my course. Staffs behaviour are very good. They are polite and very helpful. I think the highest package would be 20000 to 30000 in my course.

Infrastructure: The labs are very good. In short infrastructure is very good. The campus is clean. In our message food is not available. In canteen you can get tea and chowmin but that good is not good. So in my suggestion you can bring your lunch box or eat from outside.

Faculty: The professors are very good. They are very helpful and friendly. Their teaching technique is very good. Nad they are very polite. The semesters are very hard. You have to study very hard to pass. And you have to pay attention in your classes.
