Work hard for job, Good placement in 2015, 2024 is not so good.
Placements: I am an electronics and communication engineering upcoming 3rd year student. I don't know the placement package, but I always package 2 LPA and the highest up to 14 LPA. Yes, during my senior's previous winter vacation, they went through a winter internship about web development, and another group went to Jadavpur for a VLSI course.
Infrastructure: Our hostel is enough for students, and the room is also good every time Wi-Fi is present. Some indoor games and quiz robotics clubs are present here. Every day and afternoon everyone plays friendly cricketer football, and many times casually they arrange a football for a cricket volleyball match.
Faculty: Our faculty members have very good behavior, and our HOD is also helpful every time they encourage us to make a microcontroller unit-based project an IoT project or another personal project and gain practical knowledge of the particular subject. The professor has 10 to 14 years of experience, and some of our IIT students also help us. As we are Makaut students, we know we have not given a particular time for a semester, so the passing percentage is decreasing, but it is not difficult if he tries and makes note that he can easily pass.
Other: I choose this course for ECE department dialogue electronics component making so I choose it and this college is medium range this campus is full free Wi-Fi zone.

Good College, great placements.
Placements: 75% Students were placed in the year 2022, and this year placements are going on very smoothly. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata, Teach Mahindra, Oracle, HCL and many more. Top roles offered in my course are Manager in IT companies, Interns ATIT companies, Project Manager and others. The highest package offered is 20lacs, and the lowest package offered is 6lacs. Almost 70-80% students get internship and work as an intern in TCS, HCL, Microsoft, and others.
Infrastructure: The labs are all air-conditioned, the classrooms are spacious to accommodate almost 60 students. The Library is also well furnished with books, and has a huge collection of all the books, 10 years paper, GATE Books, MBA Books, and others. We have 2 hostel building for the girls, and 4 hostel building for the boys. We have cleaned washrooms, and everything is near from our hostel like nearby shops. There are single, double, and triple rooms available, with fan, almirahs, study table, and B.Ed. Quality of the food available in the mess is pretty good, and is adjustable to eat. We have a hospital at a walking distance of 5minutes, and is free of cost. It is open 244*7 hours. Our college organizes Athleema, and we have facility for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Indoor games like Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and qualified. They are available any time to ask doubts and other questions if necessary. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students Industry Ready, and also provide opportunities for Industrial Training and Internships. The semester exams are difficult if you don't study, else they are moderate to easy. The pass percentage is 50%. .
Other: ECE will be helpful in the near future, and this course is a combination of electrical and computer engineering, and I would like to work in Core companies, as well as IT sectors. The best thing about this course is I can get job in both Core as well as IT companies. It does not have the subjects of Machines Learning, Deep Learning, and IOT, which will be useful in the upcoming future. College organizes Fest for five days, the crowd was huge here, The campus is also green and very beautiful, Scholarships are available, and for Extracurricular activities we have different clubs to join.

The fee structure is very affordable compared to the other colleges.
Placements: Most 75 percent of students got placed in every year. The highest in our college is INR 12 LPA, and the lowest is INR 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgimini, Wipro, etc. Mostly, 80 percent of students got internships from our college.
Infrastructure: The electronic and communication faculty is extremely good here, and the teachers are very friendly and helpful. The library is a very vital place in every college. The college library in our college is the most silent place here and has a huge collection of books. It is the best place for me to concentrate on my studies.
Faculty: Teachers have good knowledge of their subjects, and they are the most hardworking people I have ever seen. Labs are so interesting here. In labs, we have mane, and teachers have good teaching skills. College is very strict during the semester and internal exams.
Other: I chose ECE because I am interested in the electronics field and have heard that the teachers are great in your faculty. It is also the best place to show your hidden talents. And Cemk Fest is just like our festival, Durga Puja.

Fully satisfied with my college, teachers, seniors & hostel. I am loving my college and hostel life.
Placements: More than 75% students were placed this year, and every year above 65% were places surely. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant. Mostly get placed in IT Sector, and 20-30% get core companies. The highest is 20lacs, and the lowest 2lacs. The in-campus placement is also good. 20% get in-campus placements. Many students have done industrial training in Jadavpur University from ECE branch, and many has done internships from Ardent, InternShala. Our college has partnership with them, and they help to offer internships to every students from 1st year to 4th year. NPTEL is also there for all the internships and courses.
Infrastructure: ECE branch has Design and Project labs, Electronic Devices lab, VLSI Lab, DSA lab, DSD Lab, and many more. All the labs are air-conditioned. The Classrooms are big enough to accomodate 80-90 students. The library is also very peaceful and silent place. You can study there without getting disturbed and all books are available in the library. Library is opened from 9am-5pm everyday except Sunday and Monday (weekends). The Hostel facilities are also good. We have 2 hostels for girls, and 4 hostel for boys. The hostels are clean are hygienic, we have free medical facilities, gym centre, table tennis, carrom, chess, and a big common room in the hostel. Girls hostel have 1 big Badminton court, and 1 big basketball court. Boys hostel have 1 basketball court, 1 badminton court, and 1 big playground for cricket and football matches. The food quality of the mess is also very nice, and hygienic. They provide you 3-meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyday food options varies in lunch and dinner. We have a canteen in out academics building- they also delivers food in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, available till 9pm. They are all qualified have diverse knowledge, and makes us understand all the subjects really well. They also provide us notes in the google classroom, and they have many knowllegde. Their teaching quality is also great. ECE is perfect for CEMK as they have electrical power plant in the nearby area. They spends us for industrial training, and makes us full industry ready. Our college also have only English labs only for ECE students. Here teachers helps us for our interview and makes us industry ready. The Semester exams are quite difficult. You have to study hard for passing. The pass percentage is 50%. .
Other: ECE is really good for the upcoming world, and therefore I have choose ECE. Also, I like to work with electrical appliances. The Best things about my course is it has all the upcoming future knowledge and jobs that will help us in the future. My department offers AI course, which is great for the upcoming world. If our course has some more coding subjects that would be really helpful. Our college has fest for days. Teach and cultural fest. The campus is also very large. More than 400-500 students per year gets admitted. The surrounding is very green and many plants, and trees are there which helps us to breath. We also have all the great restaurants like Sheer-Punjub, HFC, and KFC in only 20minutes walk from the hostel. Our college also has scholarship facilities. Extracurricular activities are also there. There are many clubs of out college- singing, dancing, drama, and anchoring. You can take part in these. Our college also organizes Rabindra Jayanti, Bhasa Divas, many quiz competitions, Teachers day, and Independence Day.

Hostel life is fun, but the college is not good for your future.
Placements: Approximately 90% of students got placed, but most of them got low packages. In the 2018-22 batch, the highest package offered is 9 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.4 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, etc., come here. Many students got internships from Infosys, and some did on their own. But none of them were conducted by the college. Software engineer, etc., roles are offered.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in the hostel. All we have is Ethernet. The classrooms, library and labs are just like in other colleges. Hostel food is really bad. The college is associated with a local government hospital. You can play basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, table tennis and more in this college.
Faculty: Many teachers are well-qualified and have good knowledge, but some teachers are unable to share their knowledge with us. It's also hard for students to do something new in this college because the college won't provide funds. Exams are conducted by the university, and the pass percentage is 40%.

I am quite satisfied with the college as they provide good facilities at a low cost.
Placements: Around 60-70% of the students are placed in our batch till now. But the reality is quite different. Very few companies came as a recruiter in our college. A less number of students got a job through on-campus placement. Most of our batchmates got a job in off-campus drives, which has no relation with the college. Almost 80-90% of the batch mates got the salary package that ranges between 3-4.5 LPA. Some extraordinary students received a salary package of more than 6 LPA, but the numbers are really less. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. Only IT MNC companies visit the college to hire us. Not more than 5-10% of students got an internship in our batch, and the scenario is better this year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and hostel is good. Classrooms have good working projectors. Labs have a sufficient number of instruments. Many instruments are very old and fragile in condition. The library is good and perfect for reading. Hostel and mess are one of the most affordable compared to any other private college. The quality of food served is not up to the mark, and the canteen is the savior. All the students get free checkups and medication up to an extent. Hospital is also inside the campus, so medical facilities are good. Every year a sports day, departmental cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton tournament, and inter-college football tournament are conducted here.
Faculty: Teachers are always ready to help, and they are supportive. You may not like some of the teachers' teaching styles, but they are always available to help you. The syllabus is very outdated, and it does not make students industry-ready. Papers are decided by the university. The difficulty level of exams is average. Above 40% is required for qualifying for the exams.
Other: The syllabus should be updated. Extracurricular activities are appreciated in the college.

Placements: About 60-70% of students from our college get placed every year in many companies. Most of them got placed in Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, etc., companies. There are 4-5 internship fairs held every semester. In our course, the average package offered is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are large, neat and clean classrooms in our college. The rooms are airy, and many of them are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available in every hostel room and also in workshops. Every hostel has a canteen. There is a football ground, basketball ground, cricket ground and volleyball grounds for students.
Faculty: There are very good and helpful teachers in our college. They will help you at any time, at any place. Even if you need them after college hours, they will help you. They taught us in a very friendly manner. From our principal to laboratory technicians, everyone is helpful.

This is an awesome place where you enjoy life as well as education.
Placements: Top IT companies visit here for placements. Placements are awesome though salary packages offered are not high. Core companies visit here rarely, so I will give a rating of 4 stars out of 5 stars for placements. The percentage of students who get placements from the CSE department is more than 90%. Our alumni are serving in many areas ranging from public to private sector with all-round development.
Infrastructure: The entire campus has a Wi-Fi facility. There is a state-of-the-art library, and all the labs are great. Classrooms provide a feeling that you are studying in the laps of nature, and it is a lush green campus. I am not a hosteller, but I heard from my friends that the mess food, timings of meals and taste as well as hygiene of food are highly maintained. There are a thermal power plant and a township hospital on our campus. It is a huge campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly knowledgeable and are always eager to impart quality information and knowledge instead of bookish knowledge. They are always ready to help in any situation and at any time. We are taught skills in various workshops as well as in our course curriculum, which make us industry-ready to join the corporate and have a great career in the corporate world.
Other: Our college has an NCC unit of 55 in Bengal, so if you are interested in joining defence services, you can. Even there are faculty members who are ex-servicemen. Our director now is a retired Colonel of the Indian Army.
