College has a very vibrant and dynamic experience.
Placements: The first batch of Pharmacy in B.Pharm is yet to pass out and they are in the 5th semester right now. There's no idea how the placements are conducted, but based on the reputation of the college, we hope that big pharmaceutical companies visit this campus. We hope for getting good placements by this Institute, and that's the sole reason why we came here.
Infrastructure: As a lower, I am living in a rental flat with my family, where we can get a quarter in the army sector. I have not obtained for hostel because I live with my family I have not opted for hostel because I live with my family.
Faculty: The faculty members in our pharmacy department are the best and assist us and prepare us in making various Pharmaceutical products. On the day of pharmacy day, the competition is judged by the HOD, and an external judge is also called. Exams are held in a semester-wise scheme, and the course curriculum is very engaging. The course structure of Pharmacy is very good, it is based on practical knowledge. They make us do practical work, including checking blood pressure, testing blood group on pharmacy day.
Other: It's one of the best departments, nothing extra to share. Our department celebrates the occasion, and a competition is held in which competitors are given a task of making cough syrup and ointment.

    Positive and optimistic outlook.
Placements: It's the first batch of pharmacy students who are going to pass out in the year 2027. Let's see what the scenario of placement here is because it will be our first batch in this institute, which will pass out. I expect that Sun Pharma Vaccine and Cipla will come here for a placement drive.
Infrastructure: I am not a hostler, so I have no idea what life is inside the boys' hostel, either Einstein or Himalaya. I commute to this institute from Panchkula via the college bus. The course curriculum of pharmacy is good and is updated every year. Let's see how this institute gives the placements.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, and for pharmacy classes, which are held in block-5 of this institute have good faculty members who have practical experience. Overall, I had a positive outlook for this college, and I would recommend joining the pharmacy program in this college.
Other: Block-5 is a completely isolated complex.

Overall, this college is pretty average, not that good, not that bad—it depends on you.
Placements: About placement, it totally depends on your course, different for B. Tech, B. Pharma, etc. During your course, they will ask whether you want to take placement classes or not. If you take them, you will have to pay 5000 or more depending on the course. There is a wide variety of companies that come here, from large to small. We have to clear our exams plus fee dues and then go for the interview and group discussion. Overall, the placement provided here is average, and not that good; you have to apply off-campus too. For B. Pharma, I have seen Sun Pharma, Cipla, and Alkame industries here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good here. Spacious classes with basic amenities. Hostels have four-seater and three-seater rooms with AC and non-AC. The rooms there are very spacious too. Each student is provided with a separate almirah and study table. But alongside it, there are some backdrops. There is a very large population, and the mess food is not good.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and cooperative. They help you and even provide you with notes. They teach according to the syllabus provided by PCI for pharmacy. In short, they teach according to the curriculum, and they also organize extra classes. There are too many exams. Two midterms and something like three, plus one main university exam. You have to perform really well; passing is really difficult. For a 5-mark answer, you have to at least write 6 pages.
Other: They conduct a lot of fests and events. If you are a person who enjoys parties a lot, then this college is right for you. They provide scholarships, but they remove them after one semester. The campus is located in a secluded area in between farms. The fees are too high, and along with the fees, they take extra charges each month in the name of fines, events, or some extracurricular activities. This college is not for someone who is only focusing on studying, though students don’t study in college.

My experience at CGC University Mohali.
Placements: It has good placement, and around 80–90% is the placement ratio for pharmacy. According to me, it’s best from a placement point of view. Good companies come for campus placement. Special programmes for placement are done, like the department of development, placement, and career.
Infrastructure: It has good and clean infrastructure. We have a developed lab with all equipment available. Also, campus life is awesome here in CGC Jhanjeri. Libraries have all essential books, and 24-hour Wi-Fi facility is available on campus and in all blocks. Hostel rooms and canteens are cleaned regularly, and hostel food is also great. In fact, we have a dispensary on campus, and games and sports opportunities are also here. So, do choose CGC Jhanjeri.
Faculty: All the faculty are experienced and friendly to each student. They know how to interact with students and support them in their assignments and activities. They solve doubts and give each student a personal mentor. They have a mentor-mentee programme. All faculty are the best.
Other: It has many fests and events which give the best hostel life.

This college is overall amazing with good infrastructure and helpful faculty members.
Placements: They have good offers for placements. They have many good companies for placement offers with good annual income. Every student is provided with good and better placement according to their grades. I am satisfied with their placement offers. They give good placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is also very good at the college. They provide us good quality infrastructure for both hostel and college. We are provided with good quality tables, chairs, and lecture stands. The fans also worked very well. Each block has good air exhauster.
Faculty: All faculty members are very helpful and intelligent with good degrees. For passing the exam, you need 50% marks. Only the students with 75% attendance are allowed to give the exam. Faculty members are totally cooperative with the students whether it is studies or any other problem. They give us good knowledge. They do not pressurize us.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in the doctor line and I love to deal with medicine. The best thing about my course is that it is very interesting and knowledgeable. The college conducts many events and fests for entertainment.

Overall, it is a nice and recommended experience.
Placements: The Pharmacy Department at the CGC Jhanjeri campus has been newly developed. It has not had its first batch pass out yet, so placements are unclear and depend on the future. However, the college has a good placement record through DCPD.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar, and I have no idea about the hostels as I have never visited them. But campus life is good. The Pharmacy Department is new and has not yet had its first batch pass out. Overall, campus life is good and quite vibrant.
Faculty: Facilities are good, and the curriculum is new and good on this campus. The examinations are semester-wise. There are two MSTs that take place before the semester exams, and there are surprise tests too in our department. Overall, the curriculum is good.
