No, students can not get direct admission at Chennai Institute of Technology. The institute accepts admission based on entrance exams. Admission to BTech is offered under the TNEA counselling where a candidate has to furnish Class 12 certificate with an aggregate mark of 45 per cent. In case of MTech, the students should have a UG/PG course relevant and they should qualify in either the GATE or CEETA PG.

Chennai Institute of Technology cut off 2024 was released on the basis of TNEA. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. 3. Fill out the online application form: Candidates have to complete the online application form which has seven parts. One part of them is the application fee payment.
4. Preview and submit the online form: Candidates can preview the form carefully once before final submission.
5. Download the online form: The online form can be downloaded after the final submission. Candidates must keep the downloaded copy with them. It is not meant to be sent to the authorities.
