This was the best college in central India till 2016.
Placements: For IT and software jobs, there are average opportunities, and those who got a proper job applied for off-campus jobs. For the rest, there is no job opportunity. Only sales and marketing jobs are offered in tier 3 companies.
Infrastructure: Although the infrastructure is excellent, there are few facilities available due to a lack of admissions.
Faculty: The best faculty members have already left the college, and the new faculty members are completely new in terms of teaching. You can select either sessional or skills. If you're a bookworm, you'll get sessionals but not any skills related to your job or anything. If you choose skills that pay you forever, forget about sessional. You have to maintain attendance as well as bookish knowledge to be a topper.
Other: The number of students in an entire batch is less than the number of students taking admission in a particular subject of a particular batch. The best things about college were robotics, SAE, and the Techfest, which have already ended in 2019.

Our college is worth for every penny paid.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Most students have to go to other colleges for interviews. Companies like TCS and Amazon visit the campus with mediocre salary packages. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good especially the library. Students from other colleges also visit our library. It is the number one library of all the engineering colleges. The food served in the mess is very tasty.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good. Their way of teaching is excellent. Teachers try their best to teach us, and they also clear our doubts in an easy way. In this difficult pandemic time, they are teaching us through Zoom online classes. They made videos to give us lessons on a particular subject.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a mechanical engineer from the best college.

Our college infrastructure and studies are nice, but it needs to work regarding placements.
Placements: The placements weren't that good for mechanical branch in our college, but the students from computer science and information technology branches got placed in some nice companies. Fluor Daniel India Private Limited was one of the best companies that visited for the placement drive in our college. The placement cell of our college helps students regarding placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classes is the best in our college. Even the library has the widest collections of books and has very neat and nice environment to study. The whole college has Wi-Fi connectivity, which is helpful to study in today's generation. Our college hostel rooms are tidy, and the canteen is one of the best among our nearby colleges.
Faculty: Mechanical engineering course in our college is the second best in the state, all hail to the faculty members. Our college has experienced faculty members with a good command in their respective subjects. All classes that I've attended helped me get ahead in my life.

Kull mila kr this is the best college and the college time is my life best time !
Placements: Many companies have come here and hired a huge number of students. It also provides an open campus for other college students to show his/her talent and get the job. Maximum companies package is over 3 LPA. I remember the day am attending for the first time to the campus, where I was little nervous about what happened then. TPO sir came near to me and made me believe that I can crack the campus placements. I did not face any infrastructure related issues on this campus.
Infrastructure: The college building is outstanding. Its classrooms are not much bigger but sufficient for 80 to 90 boys. Only in this college, I saw the projected system in every classroom.
Faculty: There are many faculty members for teaching. The teaching technique was different. They behave with the students like her/his child. They sport every student to improve in himself. Every faculty member is very punctual and honest about their job. They sound good in the classroom while they are teaching so that every student just concentrates on the board.
Other: I remember college one more thing, centin wale Bhaiya WO to lakh me ek the. Agar koi bhi aaj paisa ni laya our pyar se kehta h to WO bolte the koi ni year Fir kabhi de dena. Hm sab Ka college h pyar se rho !

One of the best college in Chhattisgarh for mechanical engineering.
Placements: My friends and seniors are placed at various companies like Rgbsi Bhushan steel Culebra, Mahindra and Mahindra, Amazon, etc. There is a poor record regarding selection in PSUs. The highest package offered was around 10-11 lacs per annum. The lowest package offered was 1.5-3 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It is Wi-Fi enabled campus. The library is awesome. There is a book bank facility available for us. The lab classes, especially for mechanical engineering, are regularly conducted. The annual tech fest of Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of Technology is called as Lakshya. It is well known for its robotics events.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members had their Masters either from IIT or NIT. They are eager to clear your doubts. They will always motivate you to do well in your examination, and with placement, but they are somewhat strict, and their behaviour towards you usually depends on your attendance.
Other: There are events in this college. Lakshya is organised as a Techfest. CPL cricket event is there. The football ground is there. The singing event called as rhythm is there. All the students love the badminton. Much other competition including basketball, volleyball, athletics is organized in this college.

Candidate passed diploma program through distance learning shall not be eligible to apply.
