Getting admission in Chitkara for MBA is based on the entrance exams. The admission process of Chitkara Business School is available in both online and offline modes. Candidates are granted admission based on their merit rank in CMAT,NMAT/ XAT/ CMAT, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD&PI) round. Candidates who have not appeared for any of the above-mentioned exams need to qualify for the Chitkara University Test as well as GD&PI.
SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test. It is an entrance examination conducted by admission officers of various reputed colleges and universities in India and Worldwide like Princeton University, Stanford University, Austin College among many others. Students interested in admission in any of these colleges or universities apply for this examination. The examination is divided into three sections -
• Reading Section
• Writing and Language Section
• Mathematics Section - Both Calculative and non calculative.
At times, one additional section i.e. Essay section is also added in the SAT examination. The usual time duration for the examination is Three hours (180 minutes ) or Three Hours and Fifty Minutes, if the essay section in included.
