Chitkara Business School BA Application Process 2024

The application process for Chitkara Business School is available in both online as well as offline modes. Candidates can opt for any mode per their desire Chitkara Business School BA application fee is INR 2,100. The steps to be followed while applying to the School are mentioned below:

For Offline mode:

Candidates are required to buy the application form available at Chitkara Information Centres or download it from the official website (https://www.chitkara.edu.in/cbs). The steps are mentioned below:

Step 1.1: Fill all the mandatory fields in the form

Step 1.2: Affix a recent passport-size photograph

Step 1.3: Enclose the copies of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation mark sheets and certificates

Step 1.4: Enclose a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 2,100 (application fee) in favor of ‘Chitkara University’ payable at Chandigarh

Step 1.5: Send the form along with DD and the documents to the below-mentioned address through post:

For Online mode:

To apply through the online mode, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1.1: Open the online application portal on the official website of Chitkara University

Step 1.2: Enter all the mandatory details in the respective section

Step 1.3: Upload copies of documents, such as mark sheets and certificates of Class 10/ Class 12/ Graduation

Step 1.4: Pay the application fee online and submit the application form

Note: The application process takes around 15-20 minutes. Candidates can save their application form in between and complete it later. In case candidates don't have their documents handy to submit, they can send the same at a later date.

Step 2: Selection Process

The selection for the BA course is done based on performance in the last qualifying exam, group discussion, and personal interview. Candidates who have fulfilled all the criteria become eligible for admission. Further, the school also accepts Pearson Test scores and SAT scores for admission to the BA (Hons) course. Therefore, candidates with a valid SAT score are also eligible for the BA course admission.

Step 3: Final Admission

Candidates who are shortlisted for the BA course are finalised for admission. Students will be admitted only after receipt of the full fee at the time of counselling. Delayed payment of fees will attract a fine as per the rules and regulations of the University. Chitkara Business School BA fees are around INR 3.80 Lakh (tuition fee).

The Chitkara Business School scholarship portal is open for registration. Chitkara University does not offer scholarships to the students on its own. However, students can apply for various central and state government scholarships. National Scholarship Portal is the ongoing scholarship being offered for the academic years 2024-25 as Chitkara Business School BA scholarship.
