Genuine review of Christ College, Irinjalakuda.

Placements: Students are getting very good placements and job offers. More than 95% students get job offers, and have the option to choose the best job. ICICI and RBS, like banks, frequently hire students. The package offered was 15 LPA, and the average goes to 4-5 LPA. Many students are getting internship offers, where they are gaining experience.

Infrastructure: The college campus was so beautiful. The college campus was surrounded by trees, which made our campus so beautiful. The hostels of our college are really big. Students happily enjoy their hostel life. Facilities like furniture, Wi-Fi, and a canteen are available in the hostel. Students can go anywhere at any time. All types of festivals are celebrated at the hostel.

Faculty: College faculty members are highly experienced. They have deep knowledge about the core subject of Economics. All the teachers are so supportive and always help the students. Their teaching skill were so good. Students can easily learn every lecture in class. Internal and external exams are quite tough, but students can easily pass these exams.

My review about this college.

Placements: Placements and job opportunities were very good. The placement cell offered 100% placement guarantee, i.e., every student sitting in placement gets at least 2 offers from different companies. Banks like ICICI and RBS, ICICI Prudential come to recruit new talents at the college where often seen during placement time. The placement cell had done a good job in this respect. Economics department provided the opportunity for internships with NGOs (mostly unpaid but had great value), and different startups. Average package was around 3 LPA - 5 LPA, and the highest package was around 15 LPA.

Infrastructure: There was tremendous scope in my course. You could pursue as a financial analyst, a professor, an entrepreneur, or you could end up in the research field. There was a huge demand for economists all over the world. Economists were usually given good designations and pay. Hostel life was awesome very big area was occupied by hostel in college. Rooms with required furniture, Wi-Fi, canteen, mess (not compulsory), students could go anywhere on campus 24X7. All festival celebrations were conducted in hostels. Full freedom to students for good activities also. The surroundings were fresh and had lots of trees.

Faculty: College faculty members were excellent and supportive. Did not know about other courses but economics professors were highly educated. They were friendly too and were always ready to help. You could also get in touch with them personally. Also, they supported recreational activities like outings. These semester examination takes place on 100 marks of which 75 were external and the rest 25 marks were internal assessment and attendance. 20 marks were for internal assessments for which the students wrote 2 or more tests which were checked by college teachers, and the rest 5 marks was for the attendance of the students.

My review about this college.

Placements: My college provided enough opportunities for job placement. Many banks and financial institutions approached this college for recruitment. Federal Bank, SBI Bank, and many more companies approached the college. Career enhancement programs were being conducted at the college. Once, there were 100% placement opportunities. Average package was somewhere around 3 LPA. Internshala was available at the college which supports interns for students who opted for internships. The internship opportunity was good enough at the college, which was a good opportunity for students. This company was looking for only final year students who had completed their graduation.

Infrastructure: There was availability of hostels, and they were separate for both genders. Students got all their basic needs within the normal hostel fee while for special services, they also had to pay additional charges. The mess services of our hostel were very famous because of their unmatched taste. Students could even enjoy sports in their free time as basketball, football grounds, and athletic facilities were also available.

Faculty: College faculty members were the best to help us. When I was studying there, my teacher was very well and helping nature for my study. When I got mixed up in any subject, he helped me very well. Teachers were also good. I enjoyed it when I studied there, and good teaching environment. The exam structure was good. It consisted of internal and external examinations. The internal examination consists of some tests, presentations, and attendance marks. The main examination, i.e., external examination was for 3 hours and 60 marks. The course structure of economics (H) was very difficult, no doubt. However, the university had framed the course structure in such a manner that it divided the burden of the syllabus.

Good faculty members and facilities.

Placements: This college has the best companies for internships and provides every student with opportunities. These companies hire students based on two conditions first, your CGPA grade, and second, the interview. In these companies, the package ranges from 4 LPA to 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: In this college, infrastructure quality is very good and provides the best quality of facilities, such as fast Wi-Fi, neat and clean classrooms, bathrooms, library, canteen, garden, etc. Sports committee organizes sports and games tournaments, but there are extra charges to participate.

Faculty: Colleges faculty members are very strict but have good behavior with students. Teachers' teaching quality is very good, and they provide high-level teaching to students. Teachers are very helpful to students. This course has a total duration of 1 to 2 years, and two-semester exams are conducted by university.

Other: This course is to get the best M.A. in Economics. This is the best thing about our course. Improvements are needed in our course.

It has great memories in college.

Placements: Almost 48% of the students get placed in our course at college. The highest salary offered is ₹20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is ₹8,000 per month. The companies recruiting are Bigspire Software, Layam, Arko Global, and Technowscope Solutions LLP, while other companies recruit students with the best CGPA. Students get internships from these companies with a stipend of ₹3,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome with good paintings and classroom structures. There are Wi-Fi facilities, but no student has a library ID card. The food quality in the canteen is good, but the hostel food is not good, although the hostel is near the college mess where the food is also not good.

Faculty: The teaching quality is helpful in academics, and they also support us in sports. Our teachers are qualified with the highest degrees and have 14 years of experience. The course helps students with industry studies with all updated concepts. The semester exams are hard, but the difficulty depends on the students who learn. The passing percentage is 52%.
