CMC Vellore BSc admission has a multi-step process including the application process, selection process, and final admission. Below is the step-by-step admission procedure:
Step 1: CMC Vellore BSc Application Process 2025
BSc in Nursing, admission is subject to a valid score in the AP EAMCET exam. Candidates must complete the AP EAMCET application process to be eligible for the BSc admission. The application form must be filled out and submitted by the candidates online along with the application fee. The application process included registration, form filling, and fee payment.
For the rest of the BSc courses, candidates must visit the official website of CMC Vellore to apply. The application to CMC Vellore is online. The candidate needs to pay an application fee for the respective course. Students can check the steps below to know the step-wise application process for 2025:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website, https://www.cmch-vellore.edu/Home.aspx
Step 1.2: Go to the admission tab.
Step 1.3: Click on “Apply for Admission”.
Step 1.4: Register with basic details to get application credentials.
Step 1.5: Log in to fill out and complete the application form.
Step 1.6: Pay the application fee and complete the form.
Step 2: Selection Criteria
For the BSc course, candidates are selected based on the eligibility criteria, entrance exam, and personal interview. Therefore, candidates must make sure to be qualified for the BSc course, secure a valid score in the entrance exam, and ace the personal interview rounds. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit of the entrance test. The BSc entrance test will follow the steps below:
- Step-1 test (see Annexure III of the admission bulletin)
- Step-2 test (practical tests and interview) for short-listed candidates will assess the candidate's ability to undertake medical studies.
As for the BSc in Nursing course, candidates will be shortlisted based on the AP EAMCET entrance exam. Further, students will also be selected based on the Competent Authority Quota, where candidates will have to participate in the counselling process conducted by Dr. N.T.R. University.
Step 3: Final Admission
Candidates selected for admission into the BSc programme will be required to register by paying the prescribed fee and completing other admission formalities. Submission of all ORIGINAL certificates is mandatory at the time of registration for the programme.
