CIC is an affiliated college of Delhi University and follows the admission norms of the same. The admission process for UG or PG courses contains different steps. These include registration for CUET UG or PG, appearance in the relevant exam, DU CSAS application, CSAS counselling process, merit list release and seat allocation. The CIC DU admission process is explained below:
CUET Registration 2026
Cluster Innovation Centre offers CUET-based admission to UG and PG courses. To be eligible for admission to BTech, BA and MSc courses, candidates are required to apply and appear for CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively. Interested candidates were able to apply online on the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG.
Appear for the CUET & CSAS
Students have to appear for the CUET exam as part of the selection process. The next step is to register for CSAS counselling after CUET results are announced. The process to apply for CSAS is as below:
- Post-CUET, students can apply at DU CSAS portal in multiple phases. Submit DSE + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard.
- The university will release the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists.
- Students have to 'freeze' CIC after the college is allocated in the counselling.
- Provisionally selected students are then called for verification of documents.
Final Seat Confirmation
Once the Cluster Innovation Centre approves the application, students have to pay the CIC DU admission fees.
Cluster Innovation Centre Fees 2026
CIC Delhi University fee structure includes different components. These are tuition fees, library fees, university enrolment fee, exam fees, etc. Once selected, candidates are required to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. Some of the fee components such as tuition fees are paid every semester.

Cluster Innovation Centre Seats 2026
CIC seat intake is limited and depends on the programme. To get a seat in any of the DU-affiliated colleges, students have to clear the CIC DU cutoff for CUET UG & PG exams. The college reserves some of the intake for SC/ ST categories. The supernumerary seats will be given as per Delhi University norms. Seat allocation for both UG & PG programmes is through CSAS only. Cluster Innovation Centre BA admissions are through CUET UG scores. The basic eligibility however, requires students to pass Class 12 with 50%-60%. So, with 70%, a student does meet the minimum requirement. Final selection however, is only through CUET.
To get admission in CIC DU BA programme, students have to apply at CUET site. After CUET results are out, students need to register for CSAS and pick the college & course. Selected students have to report at the college at the given time & date.

At the PG level, the college offers MSc in Mathematics Education. It is a two-year full-time programme.
