Cluster Innovation Centre BTech courses are four year courses that are offered in fulltime mode. BTech at CIC is offered in BTech in IT and Mathematial Innovation only which is an 8 semester course. CIC BTech admissions are conducted in entrance based model where candidates are required to clear the CUET exam with an appropriate rank. In addition to the entrance exam, only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria for CIC BTech are given admission. The eligibility criteria for BTech at CIC has been tabulated below:

Cluster Innovation Centre BTech seats are offered only to those candidates who fulfill the BTech eligibility criteria and score an appropriate rank in the CUET entrance exam. In 2025, the CIC has a seat intake of 50 seats for its BTech course. Among these seats, there are 30 seats which are reserved under the Cluster Innovation Centre BTech seat reservation policy. It's not compulsory to available for CUET UG for admission to B.Tech IT at cluster innovation centre,University of Delhi. Because the admission process for B.Tech programs usually based on merits scores as well as entrance exam scores. If you have scored good scores at 12th grade it's not necessary
