For civil engineering, the placements in this college are comparatively less as the core companies coming to campus for placements are very few.

Decent college with pretty good placements and infrastructure, but not a lot of events.
Placements: Placements, as everyone knows, have seen a significant decrease in placement percentage as AI is improving. The CMRCET, as far as informed to students like us, has had 80%+ students placed with an average package of 5 LPA, median package of 4 LPA and the highest package being 48 LPA and a few other students getting 10 LPA and 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Coming to infrastructure, classrooms are really clean and neat. The Wi-Fi is a small issue with not a lot of signal on the campus. The library is the best part of the college, if you ask me. You will have everything you need, and even the hostel is pretty decent compared to hostels in other colleges in Hyderabad, and the canteen food is good enough to say the least.
Faculty: Faculty are supportive and helpful, but not all of them. While most of the faculty have knowledge, experience and excellent teaching methods, a few faculty are not that great. The curriculum is the same as that provided by JNTUH, and it is good enough to make students industry-ready. Semester exams and other related exams test the students very well on the subject and are relatively easy if students study well.
Other: I chose this course as I was more interested in how development works and was interested in coding. Best things about the course are that we are taught a coding language every semester, and we also try building a project to learn that language. The problem for me with this course is that we are not taught a lot about how an industry works and what kind of environment we might be working in. There are not a lot of events that happen, nor are sports a big thing here, there is a sports day, an annual day and a few events.

Excellent college (CMRCET) because of good infrastructure, teachers and a wide range of facilities.
Placements: 70 percent of students are placed in my course (CSE). The highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and average is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, and TCS. 15 Percent of students got internships from my course in companies like Infosys and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi speed, well-built labs with good desktops, and good in-lab Wi-Fi Ethernet are available. Digital classrooms with digital boards and good airflow are available. A lot of books are in the library. Quality of facilities in our hostel is good, with in hostel gym, yoga, sports, and tasty food in the hostel and canteen. A big ground for sports and games is provided.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, and we are mentored constantly with good teaching quality and patience. The course curriculum is relevant and makes us industry-ready with constant updation of curriculum. The semester exam in our college is of medium difficulty. The pass percentage is above 75%.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about software and computers. Our college conducts events and fests, and has good connectivity. Scholarship is also available for those who are eligible.

Good for placements, mass hiring companies like MNCs like Capgemini, LTIMindtree, and Cognizant.
Placements: The average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA for Wipro. They will send us to mass hiring companies like top MNCs such as Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture. You guys can come and visit the college to take admission. it's the top engineering college in Telangana.
Infrastructure: Hostel infrastructure is good, but the price for the hostel is not affordable, and maintenance is also poor. The food is not good as they charge a lot and provide fewer features, so I suggest upcoming students to join private hostels. The college address is opposite the Oxygen Park.
Faculty: The examination branch is fair and consists of internal assessments, assignments, lab examinations, 2 mid examinations, and semester examinations, which improve our performance. We have a college website for tracking progress. They provide notes, important questions, and focus us more on career innovation projects and major projects.
Other: Various clubs, hackathons, cultural events and sports activities will give us motivation to increase our confidence, creativity, innovation, teamwork and leadership style.

A college that provides decent placements with limited extra curricular activities.
Placements: 50 percent of students are placed in our course. The highest package offered is 24 LPA to a student through off-campus placement. The top recruiting companies are Capgemini, but there is no specific company that tries to pick for data-related roles. Internships are being done by half or with low strength.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, but sometimes there might be a few system and Wi-Fi issues. Library is vast and maintained with very good infrastructure. The hostels are not at all good when it comes to food, the food is the worst and not worth the paid fees. The infrastructure and all other aspects are acceptable.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but less helpful and less knowledgeable. Not every professor is bad, but a few are bad. The course curriculum is very well defined, which is very useful and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not too hard, but students need to be careful as you cannot expect how the paper will be.
Other: I got this course by taking EAMCET counselling. Data Science is very popular and has high demand in industries. Every aspect is fine till now. Students should not expect any type of events or fests when joining the college.

CMRCET - Think placements, then think CMR.
Placements: Around 80% of the students from CMR College of Engineering and Technology are placed every year among the eligible candidates. The college has seen around 75+ companies visit the campus, offering around 600+ job offers from all domains and branches. The highest package was 42 LPA last year. There are many companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent and not very luxurious obviously it's a tier 3 college. Mess food is manageable but not something we look forward to every day. Every classroom is equipped with projectors and some classrooms are integrated with smart screens for advanced learning. Overall, campus infrastructure is great and clean.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are in hold of Ph.D. or M.Tech degrees. While some of faculty teach with real examples and clarity, others rely heavily on PPTs and smart screens. Term exams are conducted 2 times every semester with an end semester examination. It also contains lab exams for respective branch students with specializations. The curriculum is fairly standard for a JNTU-affiliated college. Some subjects are outdated but are useful.
Other: Life on campus is fairly balanced, neither good nor bad. Our college consists few clubs like coding groups, entrepreneurship, cultural and sports clubs, etc. College management is in charge of conducting events every semester or year. I chose CSE because I have an unwavering interest in new modern web technologies, and have an aim of joining a top MNC as software developer.

Satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: 65 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course was 40 LPA some years ago. The average package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest package was 2.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Cognizant, Accenture, Zeta, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and the infrastructure are very good. The visual classrooms and labs help students to learn in a better way. The library has a lot of books related to general knowledge, AI, data Science, etc. Facilities in the hostel are very good.
Faculty: We have experienced teachers who help us easily understand the concepts. The teaching quality is very good because of the visual explanation in both classrooms and labs, which makes it easy for students to learn. The exams goes in difficult way.
Other: We have many events, fests, and scholarships. I am very interested in learning coding.
