This college is the best for management course.

Placements: In our course, almost 70–80% students get placement. In our institute, the highest package was around 8 lacs, the lowest package was 5 lacs, and the average package offered was around 6 lacs. The top recruiting companies was TCS, Microsoft, Myntra, etc. From our college, almost all students got internship in companies like Flipkart, Infosys, Meesho, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities-wise, our college was the best. The infrastructure of our college was newly constructed and well maintained. The department classrooms, labs and library were well constructed. Wi-Fi speed was also good on campus. Hostel rooms were neat and clean. The quality of food in the hostel and canteen was also healthy and tasty. Medical and sports facilities were also available.

Faculty: Yes, teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also top-notch. The course curriculum was relevant to our course and it definitely makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams were easy to get pass and the passing percentage in our course was around 90%. .

The faculty are good, but the placement processes is not good.

Placements: Many students secured 55% and above marks. The highest package offered was 3.5 LPA. AWPL, Cease Fire, Nissan Next World, Pantaloons, etc., companies come here. The teachers are helpful and solve our problems. Many students with above 60% marks and also others got placed.

Infrastructure: AC classrooms are available with projectors, but there are a study room and labs to spend our free time. The hostel is of very low quality. The food was very good, and it has a juice centre. The infrastructure of the college is very good. There are not many trees, so we cannot sit on the campus peacefully.

Faculty: Many teachers are helpful, and the quality of teaching is very good. If you take this course, you can become an entrepreneur. The teachers are not much knowledgeable about the technology. So, I am very grateful to our HOD, who is very kind to us.

Other: I chose this course because I can start my own business by gaining knowledge about business.

It is a very good college with good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were good at our college. Many students got placed in good companies. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. There were top recruiting companies for the finance department. Top roles offered were management trainee. About 10% of the students got jobs due to internships.

Infrastructure: The college provides 24 hours Wi-Fi facility. Labs were in good condition. Hostel food was good. The college has a sports ground to play different games like badminton and volleyball. The college has a dispensary where medical facilities were available for 24 hours.

Faculty: Teachers were good and highly talented. They helped us whenever we required them. The course curriculum was very relevant to real industry life. The case studies helped us to visualise the real industry life and motivated us to what to do in future to get success.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in that course, and it is difficult to manage a company without HR and finance work.

Review of College of IT and Management Education, Biju Patnaik University of Technology.

Placements: The course duration was two years, and the batch contains 120 students. Almost 60% of the students got placed. Most of them were offered HR role. The highest salary package offered was 4.25 LPA. Most of the companies were from the IT sector. Currently, most of them are continuing their work.

Infrastructure: All classrooms were well-furnished and equipped with air-conditioners and Wi-Fi. Labs were fully equipped with systems. The hostel was good and hygienic. They also provide a night tutor in the hostel. There was no canteen during my tenure, and also, there was no playground. However, at weekends, we were playing some games.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful, meritorious, and good. They always encourage us to do the task on our own, and not to depend on anyone. The quality of the teaching was excellent. The course curriculum was also relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry.

The college has a good environment and helpful teachers.

Placements: Placements were okay up to some extent, and it is also the same for senior batches. The lowest salary package offered was around 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA. Mainly marketing related jobs were offered, and very few in finance jobs and merely HR jobs. Companies like Metro Builders, Kotak Mahindra, Korean, Hidesign, Karvy, etc., visit our campus for placements. About 3 students got internships from college, and the stipend offered was Rs. 15,000. There is a placement cell, which was helpful to some extent.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available. Classrooms were neat and clean, the library was good, and the quality of the food was also good. The infrastructure was good, very neat and clean. The college doesn't have its own hostel. Students have to find the hostel on their own and college will also help. The medical facility was available, and the doctor will come on Tuesday and Saturday.

Faculty: Teachers are very good, knowledgeable and helpful. Classroom teaching was very good. We had an industrial visit. Teachers teaching quality is good. I have chosen marketing as my specialisation, the faculty members have in-depth knowledge, and they present us with different examples for thorough understanding.

Other: An event called Utopia is organised here.

I feel proud to be a part of CIME.

Placements: Placements in the college are nice. The college provides both on- campus and off-campus placements. They also provide pre-placement training for enhancing the soft skills of students. GD and PI training is also provided to students. Students of our senior batch were placed in reputed companies with salary packages of 3 LPA to 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. All classrooms are air-conditioned, and students enjoy the smart class facility. All equipment is available in our college. The college provides free Wi-Fi facility, and labs are provided with all the facilities. Our college library has all books, magazines and novels. A digital library is also available in our college.

Faculty: All the faculty members of our college are experienced and trained. They create a student-friendly environment in class. They clear all the doubts of students. They not only teach us the syllabus but they also teach us about improving our skills for getting placements. They assign various assignments related to the practical case studies.

Other: Our college organises various events such as freshers', farewell party, alumni function and college function.

The faculty and college ambiance are the best.

Placements: There are no on-campus placements, but they will arrange you some off-campus placements (outside the college). You have to go and attend the placements in other colleges. Definitely, you will get more than five chances to sit in the campus selections. It depends on you how good you are. There is no guarantee of placements. You have to keep believing in yourself only. You won't get the facilities in off-campus as you usually get through on-campus. The only good thing is that they won't charge you anything after you get selected in the campus.

Infrastructure: There is no bus facility, and there is no hostel for students, but the transportation facilities are not bad, and you can easily avail. The parking system is there. If any function happens or anything happens outside, then they will take the responsibility and provide bus facility.

Faculty: The faculty are one of the best things, which the college has. They are very friendly, very supportive and any time you can seek their help. The course is under BPUT. The faculty members help you in different activities like your personality development etc. Related to faculty, everything is better than other institutes.

Other: Scholarships are there, and CSR activities are there. Some functions are there like welcome function, farewell function, alumni function etc.

As from study point of view it is an excellent college.

Placements: This college mainly focuses on entrepreneurship. So it organises so many seminar by inviting successful business persons and from government departments. It also organises campus recruitment. Many students placed by campus placement. From our senior batch there were 2 students who got selected by a company from Bangalore the highest 9lakhs p. A. But in our batch the highest package was below 3 Lacs. Most of the students recruited by Asian heart institute, Mumbai.

Infrastructure: The strength for MBA of this college is 120. As a government college all the seats get filled up. Good library, A/C classrooms, labs available. There is a big auditorium. There is no own hostel of the college. For girls there is 2 hostels in front of the college which manage by private party. For boys there is no hostel facility. But the staff of the college help you to find out good accommodation. Staffs and faculty members, even principal also they are very helpful and friendly towards students.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and they go through deep and fundamental. Government lectures are also there in the college. Lab assistants also very good in skill. There are 4 semester for MBA in 2 year course. A summer internship project also there after the completion of 1st year.

Other: Yes there is orientation ceremony which is celebrate in the college campus. Welcome ceremony for the new comers celebrate in a five star hotel. Every year in the month of January there is a get together programme hold in a star hotel. Scholarship facility is there but students have to apply for it. Notice is given by college in the notice board.
