It is one of the best colleges with good faculty members.
Placements: There will be a placement at the end of the fourth year. You can get a job through a placement cell. There are separate faculty members who are allotted for the maintenance of the placement cell. They will take care of the students. They provide the job to the students through the placement cell.
Infrastructure: The course is easy to study and understand. You can grasp the concepts more effectively by participating in the practical sessions. Each course has designated hours for these practicals. The hostel facility is well maintained, and food is provided on-site. Overall, it is a very good experience.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly experienced and capable of simplifying difficult topics into concepts that students can easily understand. The reality of the course is demonstrated effectively by the faculty members. There are separate instructors for each course. Exams are conducted in an offline format.
Other: The campus is excellent.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.
Placements: No campus recruitment and didn't have big career opportunities. Nutritionist and Dietician are the only opportunities for this course. Average package was 13000/ month. Not eligible for attending any food safety officer exams. Food industries provide internship for this course.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities lab facilities are there. Didn't have own library, xerox shop. The same campus have both Agri and community Science College. So community Science College students share the library, some lab practicals. Etc. If any extra curricular activities the students are considered as Agri college students and credits goes to agri college.
Faculty: Full pass percentage. But the course curriculum was repeatable. Syllabus covered the courses like food processing, food product development, food safety, food Science, food technology, packaging, and food nutrition and dietetics. The degree name and syllabus doesn't match. It affects the career of students. Because only we have opportunity as Nutritionist and Dietician.
Other: Doesn't have proper guidance and awareness for me, to before choose this course.

Placements by college is of very low percentage only.
Placements: Around 30% of students placed per year, salary package up to 12,000-14000/month for freshers if experienced it may increase, food industries like britannia, nestle, parle, milky mist, cavincare.100% of the students got internship, quality controller, food technologist etc.
Infrastructure: 24 hrs free Wi-Fi available, modern library available, canteen available here with student rate only, hostel is located near yanamalai with nature background without disturbances. Mess is good condition and best hygienic foods, and also having indoor stadiums etc
Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent, because our staffs are Ph.D. qualified, and most of them are done internship abroad having better experience and knowledge. Exams are easy to clear having practical knowledge is must to clear, 60% of marks is the pass percentage.
Other: I'm interested in food technology field so I choose this course.

Amazing infrastructure.
Placements: Batch 2015-19 B.Sc. (Food Nutrition & Dietetics), only 25% was placed in food industry. As a freshers Min 10k to Max 20k only. International Agricultural processing (IAP), SKM animal feeds, Shanthi chicken, VRD best foods pvt ltd.100% internship, Quality control, Quality Assurance, etc.
Infrastructure: Library facilities, Lab facilities, modern class room, modern computer lab, etc. Free Wi-Fi at hostel, food menu plan was amazing,1st years and 2nd years 4 to 5 members per room. But 3rd years and 4th years was one person one room. It's helps for higher study.
Faculty: Teaching staff was excellent and all are doctorate. All are knowledgeable good helping person and help to curriculum. It's like job in small food industry job. Not FMCG like that course.8 semester exams and 8 model exam internal. And 8 semester lab exam viva voice etc.100% pass out.

It provides a good infrastructure for UG education.
Placements: Our college focuses more on preparing students for post-graduation and not for placements after UG. Only some staff members will help students for placements, but the college will not help students. For UG education, this campus is a good choice, and a lot can be learned in the field of food science and technology.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Labs are also good with the necessary equipment. Hostel facilities are great when compared to other colleges. The food served in a mess is far good from the food provided in the other colleges and universities.
Faculty: All the staff members are highly qualified and are doctorate holders. They have wide knowledge in the field of food science and technology. The course covers different areas of food science, nutrition, and dietetics. It offers a huge potential for a career.
