The Culinary Academy of India charges Rs. 45,000 per annum as the university-prescribed tuition fee. Students will also be charged separately for uniforms, journals & records, tool kits, carving kits, study material, and journals. A daily working lunch will also be provided at the college. The best course offered by CAI is BCT&CA (Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts).
