Opt this college if you want to do engineering at the low expenses (minorities).
Placements: There were hardly 2 students who might have placed, but as far I remember none of the students in 2018 batch got placed. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered for CE students is 5 LPA. Mostly none of the companies visited our campus, so girls been taken to Pune campus obviously the reputation of Pune is top-notch. There are hardly any faculty members and students in our batch. Almost 20 girls were there, and in the recent batch, there were 10 girls and 3 faculty members. A student from the 2018 batch got offered with a salary package of 3.5 LPA but that too in Pune. So ultimately she had some basic expenses like rent and all which was actually not a good offer. Mechanical students get internships, but only a few lucky ones get not everyone, and that too in Pune.
Infrastructure: Food served here is almost disgusting, but the poor quality of water is something unavoidable, and girls fell sick. MR Bharat Bhushan, the principal, never took any action. There is hardly any vehicle transport facility available for 10 km as the college is located in mid of jungle after 7 pm. Hostel students are not allowed to go outside, and rooms are fine, little small but bearable. The surrounding is surely peaceful but scary sometimes as you can hardly walk outside.
Faculty: RTMNU is famous for the exam pattern and its course. For mechanical students, they taught practical things which would be useful for them to apply in real-time projects. Faculty members for ETC and CE can't even pronounce basic words. They are not teaching very well. However, the first-year faculty members are really good as they hold masters and PhD degrees. So they teach really very well, especially chemistry and physics.
Other: As it is a girls' college, it really offers some beneficial scholarships to minorities, and a reputed foundation like Leela Poonawala Foundation almost covers up your every expense from laptops to college fees. Most of the girls are studying here for free. Moreover, half of them are studying with the fee structure of Rs. 25,000-30,000, which is wonderful in terms of engineering. The fest isn't that huge. A small group of girls decides to arrange some programs. As there are few students, the events don't occur on a grand level.
