Honest Review of DKTE: Straightforward and Unbiased.

Placements: All students are getting placed as DKTE has a record of 100% placements every year for the Textile Department. The highest package was 18 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 3.5 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Trident, Arvind Ltd, Alok Industries, Himatsingka, Shahi Export, Lagoona Clothing, Reliance Retail, Reliance Vimal, Epic Group, Dyestar, etc.

Infrastructure: DKTE has well-equipped labs for the Textile Department. The labs have machinery for testing, spinning, weaving, and dyeing. Classrooms are also quite spacious and equipped with projectors and speakers for digital learning. Hostels are only available for girls, and they are inside the campus. Canteen and mess facilities are available, but the food quality is not that good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, student-friendly, and well-qualified. All faculty members have both industrial experience and teaching experience. The course curriculum is very much relevant, as it makes the student industry-ready by giving internships twice, allowing students to experience the actual industry where they are going to work further.

Excellent placement for an average student with good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement rate of the college is 80-90%. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 3.5 LPA. Top companies are Trident Group, Raymond, Sitaram's, Aditya Birla, and Shahi Export. 100% students got internships in good companies. Roles offered are Production Supervisors and Quality Assurance.

Infrastructure: Department offers decent facilities like a computer lab, library, canteen, and hostel for girl students. Also, there is a well-known building of Rajwada for administrative purposes. The hostel was decent for girls but no hostel for boys. Food quality was not good. Sports facilities were not available.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful sometimes. They had decent knowledge, I can say. Quality of teaching was decent, not bad. Course curriculum was outdated, but it makes students industry-ready. Semester end exams were easy, and pass percentage was 35%. You also need to maintain 75% attendance.

Other: College is near the textile city of Maharashtra, providing decent placement for an average student, hence better than doing Mechanical and Civil. I would try and choose a different college, but if no other option is there, it is a decent option. The placement committee is not so student-friendly but does its job well in placing students. Very few events happen, but if you make great friends, it will be fun.

Very much satisfied because of overall institute.

Placements: I am very glad to say that there has been 100% placement in my course for the last 30 years. The highest package offered in campus recruitment is INR 18 lacs per annum, whereas the average package is INR 3.5 lacs per annum. In campus recruitment, students get placed in companies like Trident, Vardhman Group, Arvind Limited, and Aditya Birla Grasim. Students are also getting a chance to get PPOs (pre-placement offers), in which students get selected by different companies for internships and placements in their 3rd year.

Infrastructure: The institute provides excellent facilities for classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and Wi-Fi on the college campus. The institute also provides good-quality food in the college canteen. The institute also arranges indoor and outdoor sports games every year and encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities.

Faculty: In DKTE's textile and engineering institute, all the faculty members are well qualified and have excellent technical knowledge about there courses. Institutes change there syllabus frequently according to the current needs of industries to make students long-lived in industry. Examinations in college are comparatively easy to pass and the passing percentage is about 90%.

Other: This course provides excellent knowledge of textile processing, such as dyeing, printing, finishing, and the overall textile industry. The college arranges lots of events and extracurricular activities every year. The institute provides many scholarships, such as EBC, EWS, and TFWS.

Placements in 2019 were good, and campus recruitment is the best.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed. The salary package offered is 3.5 to 7 LPA. The top recruiting company of our college is Bombay Dyeing. Almost 10% of the students got an internship in Raymond and other companies. Top roles offered to the students are master and project inspector. I like this college because it has very good placements, and I feel very good on this campus.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available which a college hostel needs, and the quality of food available in the canteen is the best. Medical facilities are average, and sports and games are also average. In hostels, many students have a problem with food, but in my view, it is the best.

Faculty: Teaching quality is the best as expected. The course makes students industry-ready. All teachers are good in their profession, and they solve all queries of students. All teachers are helpful and friendly with all the students. The course is also important for students, and all courses relevant materials are available in our college.

Other: Many events and festivals are conducted in our college with the help of TAIMU Association.

There are excellent placements in DKTE.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed from our college. In our course, the maximum salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered was 2.75 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA-4 LPA. Major recruiting companies for our college are Clariant, Trident and Raymond Limited. About 80% of the students get internships from our course in Bangladesh company. We have formed our own team named TAIMU, and by this team, various types of courses are conducted every year.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility was available for students on the campus area, but it was limited. All classrooms are in good condition. All the facilities are provided by our institution for every student. Every year the annual sports day was celebrated in our college, and also social events are organised.

Faculty: The behaviour of all teaching and non-teaching staff members was excellent. The quality of teaching is also excellent. All teaching staff members have a PhD and were completed their education from famous institutes. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have skills in this field, and I would like to do the chemical process in the textile industry. I would like to suggest our college to conduct the industrial tour for students every month. Rajarshi Shau Maharaj scholarships are available for many students in the college.
