Delhi School of Economics Admission Process 2025
Delhi School of Economics an affiliated college of Delhi University started considering CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses. For postgraduate courses, Delhi School of Economics consider CUET PG conducted by NTA. The admission process for UG or PG courses contains six steps which include registration for CUET UG or PG, appearance in the relevant exam, registration for DU CSAS, CSAS counselling process, merit list release and seat allocation. Step 1: CUET Registration 2025
Delhi School of Economics offers CUET-based admission to UG and PG courses. To be eligible for admission to BA and MA courses, candidates are required to apply and appear for CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively. Interested candidates were able to apply online on the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG.
Step 2: Appear for the CUET exam
Candidates willing to get into Delhi School of Economics (DSE) in BA and MA courses, who have registered for CUET are required to appear for the exam in the subject of their choice and get a valid score.
Step 3: CSAS Counselling Process
The Delhi School of Economics admission process after the declaration of CUET result is explained below:
Step 3.1: After declaring the CUET UG exam, candidates are required to register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases. Submit DSE + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard.
Step 3.2: The University will release the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists. Candidates are required to select "freeze" to confirm the admission choice. Once candidates select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS. Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat.
Step 3.3: Once the candidate "Accepts" the provisionally allocated seat, the college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the candidates based on the verification.
Step 4: Final Seat Confirmation by Students
Once the Delhi School of Economics (DSE) approve, candidates are required to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seats.
