DMC Ludhiana offers BSc in Nursing specialisation on another hand, KMC Mangalore offers BSc in different specialisations. According to the NIRF ranking 2023, DMC Ludhiana Hospital stood at rank 35 while KMC Mangalore got 30th rank in the medical category. DMC Ludhiana fee structure for BSc is INR 57,900 for the first-year and the fee charged by Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore ranges between INR 4.1 Lacs and INR 6.3 lakh, depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates. Ranking wise, KMC Mangalore is better option but also charges high fees. In the end, it all comes down to candidate's preference.

Dayanand Medical College and Hospital BSc course structure is divided into semester examination and internal assessment. The semester examination shall ordinarily be held in May or June on dates declared by the University. Internal assessment marks in each subject shall be reserved as under:
