Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies.

Placements: The college has a good placement record. About 50% of the students got placed, with the lowest package being 1.5 lakhs and the highest being 7 lakhs per annum. Some of the companies that visited for placements were Tata and Accenture. Around 70% of the students got internships. Overall, the college has a very good academic and placement record.

Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi for students and has NABA-accredited labs. The classrooms are healthy and the environment is fresh. The library has thousands of books, and the reading hall is very big. The hostel is decent, and the canteen is okay. The college also conducts sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are very good. They have excellent teaching skills and deliver good lessons. The semester exams are tough to pass, but that's a good thing because it results in more positive outcomes for students. About 30 percent of students pass the exams, and remedial classes are available for students who need to make up backlogs.

Other: This college regularly holds events, festivals, functions, and competitions. Scholarships are awarded to students.

I am satisfied with the course and disappointed with the faculty members.

Placements: At our college, almost 100% of placements are guaranteed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.1 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Red Hat and TCS. Almost all students got internships in MNCs. Most students get positions in software development.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good but the campus is quite small as it is shared between two junior colleges. Wi-Fi is not available in the library or on the whole campus. It is only available in selected areas. The hostel is average with all the basic needs. The hostel fee is also reasonable.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are great with excellent knowledge of their respective subjects. Teaching is very interactive. They are very cooperative and understanding. The course is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are tough and the pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course as it is the core branch. I would like to add more field trips to the course. The college regularly holds expert talks and many other activities. TEDx is held this year.

There is a really good infrastructure with strict, highly disciplined and qualified staff members.

Placements: There is a very low percentage of placements in the civil branch. The highest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. There is a lack of placements for the civil department, and only 5% of the students get placements from it. The top recruiter for the civil department is Ambuja Cement in the marketing field. Internships are not offered.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, neat and clean here, but hostels are not very well furnished. There are no sports facilities and games. Laboratories are well developed. There is no Wi-Fi service, and network jammers are also installed. Therefore, there is no mobile network, and to make important calls, you have to go out of the campus.

Faculty: You can pass exams with a good percentage by just attending lectures. There are qualified staff members, and they are knowledgeable also. Students are not industry-ready. The teaching quality is good as they use projectors to teach and conduct guest lectures. Semester exams are not very easy, and you have to study to pass the semester exams.

Other: Extracurricular activities are not conducted here.

I am satisfied with faculty members, and overall you will get a good experience if you join here.

Placements: Placements in our college are above average when compared to other colleges in Aurangabad. Companies like Wipro, Byjus, etc., visit the campus for placements. A maximum number of students are offered jobs by the companies they did their internship with, and others are recruited by campus.

Infrastructure: The college building and other facilities in the college are above the mark. The hostel is also well and newly built so students are provided with all facilities. Girls and boys hostels are separate. CCTV is mounted all over the college building and wardens are appointed for each floor of the hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members are the best factor of the institute. Our teachers are always there to help students through academics. Their way of teaching is engaging and students are provided with the appropriate study material which is also useful for competitive studies.

Our college is the best with a lot of facilities.

Placements: About 80% of the students were good in our course. The highest salary package offered here was 1.25 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 80,000 per annum. Dell, L&T, HP, etc., companies visit here for placements. About 50% of the students got internships from here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very nice here, and every facility was available in our college. The hostel was good for students, and the mess was also good. There were no problems in the hostel as well as in the college. There was no ragging, and it was a very good college for students.

Faculty: All the teachers here were qualified and experienced. They were very well co-operative, and we did not face any problem. There were good staff members. Our director named Dr. Ulhas Shiurkar was also good.

Other: Our batch is very nice. Extracurricular activities are conducted here.

Definitely satisfied because of the faculty and the knowledge faculty members have every year.

Placements: Hardly 40% students were placed. 2.4 lacs was the highest package offered by Sanveo. And I am not much satisfied with the placements. I guess 0.6 salary offered was the lowest. Sanveo was the top recruiting company for my course. Top roles were site engineer, billing engineer. 30-35% of students got internship from my course and that were in sanveo, qubatic. And I din not attend the single placement because I was not satisfied with the salary packages and I wanted go for a higher education.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but can be best. There is no Wi-Fi service for students. Labs, classrooms and library are good enough. I am localites, so don't know much about hostel facilities. Sports and games facility is not that much satisfied as our institute totally focuses on academics. Medical facility is available to the best of it.

Faculty: Yes, definitely teachers were helpful, qualified and have a knowlage about the core subjects. Teaching quality is good. And yes this course curriculum makes students industry ready as well as builds the courage to go for higher education. Every faculty is post graduate, some of them are doctors too.

Other: I choose this course because I was interested. The best thing about my course is, shelter is a basic need for everyone along with food and clothes. Technology can be improved.

Placements: The placement assistance provided by the college is good. This year, more than 30 students got placed from the civil department. The college provides interview skills as well as communication skills. More than 12 companies from core civil branch visited the campus in the academic year hector 2018-19.

Infrastructure: There is a huge infrastructure at Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies Aurangabad. Hostel facility available in the college was also good. The campus is spread around 8-10 hectors of land. There are separate departments and digital classrooms for different branches. Practical labs are also good.

Faculty: Faculty members of Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies Aurangabad are highly educated. They have an ocean of knowledge. Teaching techniques followed by them are as per the innovation and digitalisation. Faculty have both industries required knowledge as well as classroom knowledge.

Other: The college conducts extracurricular activities and regularly conducts inspiration talk series.

Placements: The largest placement in Aurangabad city. Our director Shiurkar sir is a very famous personality in Aurangabad, & as he has very good relations with industrialists & politicians. It will make our college more popular & reputed. Today in Aurangabad city, Deogiri is in the first position in results & placements too.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is new and good. Higher quality of projectors with a sound system in every class, CCTV cameras in every section & class. We have three halls, Vishwakarma hall for the guest lectures & a huge library with the every required book.

Faculty: Most of the staff is young, which makes bonding with the students & helps to improve the connection between student & subject. Highly qualified HOD's & faculty members are giving their best to the institute & most important person, and our director is very positive about the teaching staff.
