The college has very poor placement and no college life.

Placements: From my batch, only 10% of students were placed. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 2 LPA. There is no on-campus placement, so the top recruiting company was TCS. There are no internships, and no roles were provided. They provide dummy internships for name sake, which are of no use.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good, but the boys' hostel was very poor. There was no Wi-Fi, and the infrastructure was bad. The college labs are well-maintained and taken care of, and the library is okay, not so good. The hostel needs improvement, as the girls' hostel is much better compared to the boys'.

Faculty: Teachers are average, and the course curriculum is outdated, so it doesn't help in placement. The semester exams are not that difficult. Almost 95% of students cleared the exam. The faculty doesn't know anything about placement, and that's why almost 95% of students are jobless.

Other: Events and fests are very poorly managed, and there is no college life as such.

Review of Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies.

Placements: I think out of 400 students who sit in the placements, only 3 to 4 of them are selected, and that is how the placements in our college work. From the computer science and engineering course, only 4 students got placed in a below-average company with a salary package that ranged from 3-4 LPA.

Infrastructure: I am not a part of the college hostel. I know about the hostel infrastructure because some of my friends are there in a hostel, and they told me the infrastructure of the hostel is very bad. The water supply in the hostel is very minimal, and students are very frustrated because of it.

Faculty: Faculty members are average in our college. They do not know what to teach or how to teach. Out of 100 faculty members of our course, only 2-3 of them are supportive. They are only supportive. Semester exams are moderate.

Review of Deogiri Institute Of Engineering & Management Studies.

Placements: Placements in our batch are not good and only 5–6 companies visited for the hiring drive. A few students were placed at TCS and L&T, and some got unpaid internships and training-cum internships from Oasis, Info byte and Intermitra. I think it is due to the recession but colleges need to invite more companies for hiring drives.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the main building of the college was good; the entrance, stairs, and classrooms were all convenient and good. Only internet is available in computer labs; jammers are there in college so no one can use smartphones inside the college. The hostel of the college is best with nice food.

Faculty: Teachers are most helpful; they treat you as a friend and try to solve your every doubt or problem. They are the best ones. The course curriculum is good and industry-relevant. Semester exams are conducted in two terms: winter and summer. They are difficult to pass.

About Deogiri college and it's hostel facilities.

Placements: The highest package of the college placement is INR 7-9 lacs per annum. Infosys, HCL, etc. are affiliated with our college, and the percentage of students placed in the course varies each semester. It largely depends on factors such as demand, available slots, and academic criteria.

Infrastructure: Yes, there is a very clean and clear hostel room, good wi-fi quality, and a big library. At any time, we can get medical services. The college provides us labs for chemistry, IP, computer science, and physics, along with all the supplies we want to study.

Faculty: This college is very strict about exams and project (practical) submissions. With hard exams from time to time, the students still want to attend the exams because of the 10 marks they get for attending exams and getting good marks for all subjects.

It is the second best college in the city.

Placements: Almost 80-95% of students got placed in this course. Due to the recession, around 50 students got placed in this course out of 150 students. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, and Persistent. Few students got placed off-campus. The average salary package offered was 11 LPA. Many students got internships at Persistent.

Infrastructure: We have LAN switches in every laboratory. Computers are available in our department. We have new computers with i7 and 10th generation with 32 GB of RAM in the mechanical department. It also has 3D modeling software. Some laboratories have i5 and 10th generation with 16 GB RAM. It also has i5 and 6th generation along with i3 and 2nd generation computers. Laboratory facilities are good. Playground is available. There are 4 huge halls for conducting events, out of which, 1 hall is soundproof with cushion seats. The other 3 halls are big and air-conditioned.

Faculty: All teachers are good. They are approachable, friendly, and helpful. The course curriculum is decent. We have old subjects as well as new subjects. Faculty members are knowledgeable.

Other: Events are conducted such as sports week and gatherings. Many celebrities visit our college for the promotion of their movies. After covid, gathering was not conducted in this college. It is a decent college for students.

Placements: Placements provided in our college were not up to the mark. Around 30% to 50% of students got placed in IT and core companies. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA and the average salary package was 2.5 LPA. The recruiting companies were Grandmaster, Infosys, TCS, Fotor Motor, etc. All the students got internships in their final year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good with full of trees. Labs were available. The library was full of books. Wi-Fi was available everywhere in our college. Hostel food was not good, but the canteen served good quality food.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were well-qualified, good, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum designed by DBATU was relevant to the industry. Our college conducted three exams every semester, such as class tests, mid-semester, and final semester. The pass percentage was above 40%.

Placements: The college has decent placement record. Almost 40 to 60% students got placed in different industries. The highest recruiter is Byjus as it offered 10 to 15 LPA package and average is 2 to 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS and other IT giants.

Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities like medical, sports assistance and career guidance.
