Infrastructure: Laboratories, classrooms and labs are well maintained. They provide all the facilities in the classrooms like projectors, speakers, mini library, etc. Hostel facilities are good coming to mess students get bored of food items but taste is good and they prepare in a hygienic way.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and are graduates in any of the field. As it is a mandatory rule given by Jntuh. And they are student friendly. Exams are bit difficult as we are into B.Tech. Pass percentage of our section 89%. Faculty also helps students in research work, project expo etc.
The Selection Process is done through both Merit and Entrance Examination basis. The minimum 50% marks is required in PU UGLAW Entrance examination to get admission here. The exam is taken for 100 questions which taken in 2 hours and total of 400 marks. Must mention their language choice in the OMR sheet. Since every wrong answer carries a negative marking of -0.25. Merit is calculated taking 50% of the class +2 percentage including weightages and 50% of the UGLAW Entrance test marks. You can, in private colleges you can get admission very easily. The Fee for PGLAW Entrance Test is 2100/- rupees and 1050/- rupees for SC/ST/PwD.

Out of all the courses offered by the Department of Law, Panjab University, it is popularly known for its LLB programme. The programme is offered for three years. Candidates need to qualify PU LLB exam for admission to LLB. The three year course is offered by Department of Law Punjab University in the regular/offline mode of study. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India.

Department of Law Punjab University offers a three-year LLB course. The seat intake for the LLB course is 304. Candidates wishing to secure a seat must participate in the admission process 2025. Candidates must fill out the application form on the official website of the univervsity and appear for the PU-LLB entrance test to stand a chance to get in their desired course.
Merit is calculated taking 50% of the class +2 percentage including weightages (if any) and 50% of the UGLAW Entrance Test marks. For B.A./B.Com LL.B. Merit is to be determined on the basis of score for which the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination. In every semester in each paper/practical, as the case may be, maximum marks shall be 100, while minimum pass marks in each paper shall be 36% individually and 45% in aggregate i.e. total of all papers, as the case may be, of that semester taken altogether. Assuming that your board has set the passing marks at 33, then unfortunately, you have failed the exam as you have scored 32 marks which is less than the passing marks.
Minimum 65 percentage in B.A. LLB is good score and have more chances of getting better opportunities than one who scored less. You can get good Law College on India if you can score well in B.A. LLB, any how entrance exam will be considered for admission but still it adds up value. And also needed minimum 55% percentage is required to qualify in PU LLB entrance exam. Candidates are advised to note that it is required to obtain at least 35% marks to get the passing marks out of 45 in Panjab University. The PU total marks is 120 for UG exams and 75 marks for courses such as PG and B.P.
