Good placements, learnings and life.

Infrastructure: The university is provided with internet all over the campus, and we also have access to the media lab. The food available on campus is nutritious and affordable, with a wide variety of options ranging from fruits to full-course thalis. I haven't stayed in the hostel personally, but my friends say that it provides the bare minimum at an affordable rate.

Placements: The course consists of 160 students, out of whom 70% get placed easily. The highest earning package is INR 7 LPA, and the lowest is INR 4 LPA. Th...

Good infrastructure and campus life with great exposure.

Infrastructure: The campus is very beautiful and has a very good infrastructure with media lab, VR lab, etc. that help students throughout the curriculum. The classrooms have projectors and all the other necessary equipment. The media department has a separate library with free Wi-Fi access apart from main library which is also called as "Knowledge Center" and is very helpful for studying and doing assignments. The hostels are strict with curfews and there is no mess facility available. The good thing is that t...

B.A. CEP is a very dynamic course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Christ University is amazing. It is something every student dreams of. The campus is a very well-maintained environment full of lush greenery and sufficient places to hang out and chill with friends. Inside the campus, there are 2 Indian Coffee Houses and various other food shops. Christ Hostel is a bit strict but has all facilities like Wi-Fi, good food, etc. But most of the students prefer staying outside campus.

Placements: This course is a very dynamic course as it is a triple major...

Christ University has everything that a student should be offered to learn and grow in and out.

Infrastructure: The college has a good Wi-Fi connection, classrooms are neat and tidy. The library is literally like heaven. College hostel is very neat and clean, there are canteens in every block, sports and games are also there. Christ University has one of the best college campuses in Bangalore. It is a zero-waste campus.

Placements: 98% of my batchmates got placed. The highest package offered was 9L-13Lpa, the lowest would be 3Lpa and the average being 5-6Lpa. Cisco, IBM, SAP, are the top recruiters. 100% of students g...

I am fully satisfied with the course offered here.

Infrastructure: Our college had a Wi-Fi facility, media lab, which is highly sophisticated with soundproof rooms and the other basic studio, recording studio, library, computer labs, hospital, etc. Our college also has a basketball court and cricket stadium. There are 13 canteens with food items from all over the world. The quality of the food served is also top. There are 2 medical clinics, a prayer room, etc.

Placements: About 75% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, wh...

It is a great college, but it should get better.

Infrastructure: Accommodation within the college is limited, so students prefer staying outside in PGs. Within the college, they provide accommodation but no mess facilities. Most of the students prefer living outside because of time constraints and freedom. Students can stay in college till 9 pm to finish their work.

Placements: Placements in our college this time are better, but more media-centred companies should visit our college for placements. This time better companies visited our college. The process of placements could be better with involving students as well in the placement cell. Maybe students could be given the opportunity to come and invite more companies as it'll give them an exposure to. The salary package offered ranges between 2.5 to 5-6 LPA. Students should build a good resume in order to get good pla...

Great infrastructure, average faculty and facilities.

Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled but all the entertainment websites are blocked. This leads to us not being able to access information related to our course which is very annoying at times. Almost all the classrooms have a projector, screen and speakers. There are lots of seminar halls and panel rooms for small events or screenings. Media lab is quite small and the facilities are not up to date. Campus hostel has a capacity of less than 500, including both boys and girls. Majority of the stude...

Holistic experience merging academics, co-curricular activities and building intra-personal skills.

Infrastructure: Two computer labs, Media lab, a well-equipped two-storied library and sufficient number of large classrooms were present in campus. The infrastructure is modern, and canteen food includes ample variety. The campus also houses a stationary shop for the convenience of students.

Placements: About 60% of students from my batch including all courses, were placed in various companies. The highest package in campus was offered by D. E Shaw, Hyderabad of 16.5 Lacs per annum. The roles included Financial Analyst and...

The teachers are knowledgeable and bring in good guest faculty.

Infrastructure: If you care about the infrastructure more than the faculty members, then this the place for you. Amongst all the colleges in Bangalore, Christ has the best infrastructure no matter what branch you are in. We have access to all kinds of equipment required by media students. The labs are up to date in terms of acoustics and all. The food in the canteen is bearable and eatable. Shiv Sagar and Mingos are the best here.

Placements: The placements usually take place in the month of January. For our seniors, place...

Satisfied but too scared of detention.

Infrastructure: We have two main labs. Media lab- Newly installed Apple systems. Centre of Communication Development - We hardly use it but it is brilliant for shooting videos. Sports - 3 basketball courts are there and the gym is below average. Classrooms do not have AC and the audi block students cannot use the lift.

Placements: Most of them were placed with a range of average and good salaries. IBM selected a lot of students but it is not exciting being a technical content writer for a company. People chose it for the ...

A great place to pursue education.

Infrastructure: A peaceful place with a significant infrastructure and has all the facilities. There were few issues regarding Wi-Fi, but they sorted out now. The classrooms are spacious and have a great library. There are enough playgrounds, and all the amenities provided to athletes with a gym.

Placements: The placement opportunities are ample enough and satisfactory. The reputed companies come for placements with a good salary package and get placed. Students get an opportunity for an internship in great companies. Name ...

College has experienced faculty members. Infrastructure is very good and greater chances of placement gave me the boost I needed. Rich in its educational heritage, college provided me the background and the support. Faculty members are always up for communication. Administrators always worked for the betterment of the students. Other than academics, discipline has always been integral part of the college. It gave me base to face the corporate challenges.

The college has a good decorum in terms of language and clothing. But the quality of education is less yet exposure is great. The media studies department has a good industry exposure but faculty have less experience in terms of industry and teaching.

Faculty needs to be more student friendly and courses need to be flexible. English department is extremely resourceful. Psychology department needs to have more permanent staff with rather than research scholars teaching. CEP students need to be offered media specialization as that is the sole reason of having chosen the course. Students need to be encouraged to do more than just two internships during college period.

Cool environment with awesome libraries and sports area.

Infrastructure: Our block is quite comfortable. The labs and other classes are well maintained too. The canteens here are very famous for their delicious food from coffee to aloo ka parantha you get everything. Gourmets also prepare delicious food. Sometimes they take too much time to prepare food but it's okay.

Placements: I am in batch 2021-2024. I cannot tell you much about the placements. But I am sure our college is known for its internships and placements and I will get one soon. 25k internships and placements in the ...
