Average experience and affordable

Placements: No placements was available for our course. There was total 44 Students in my class. No internship was offered and no job placements were offered from our college. Most of the students were ST from Arunachal Pradesh. A few students were of general category.

Infrastructure: The building was very old and the infrastructure was also not upto mark. Most of the fans didn't work and the window panes also remained broken most of the time. Maintenance was poor. The college grounds were big but it was used only during college fest.

Faculty: Faculty was ok. Some teachers were good while others were not so good. Only a few teachers were approachable. Most of the teachers wanted to complete the course early so didn't really care about how they were teaching us. It was hard to understand in class.

Other: The course would be better with better faculties and better infrastructure. College events was only celebrated once a year. It was a three day program including sports and cultural activity.

Better than I expected as I was prepared for the worse considering the .

Placements: I'm a student of Dera Natung College and I just finished my first semester exam of B.Sc. Physics. Our course may have the lowest percentage of students and the amount of students graduation or passing each semester gets lowered immensely each time due to the filtering system in our college as it is a challenging course and not everyone can handle it. And since I have only just completed my first semester exam I don't know much about the other information.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in our course/department are somewhat okay compared to the other departments, some of the fans doesn't work and the windows are broken but it's still manageable. The Wi-Fi and network is unstable, a bit disappoint with the library as we were promised it would be open till 5 in the evening but it's only open until 3. No hostel experience yet as hostel is not available for first semesters due to reasons like ragging .

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, atleast until the first semester as the teachers may change each semester and as heard from the seniors the teachers become a bit problematic. But some teachers are a bit too extreme, very close minded and too prideful from what I have experienced even if they are knowledgeable in their field which cases difficult in conversations. The semester exams depend on the course and subject chosen by the students, as my course being Physics is naturally very difficult in terms of exam.

Other: I'm from the first semester and the course I've chosen as my major is Physics because I like the subject. The thing I like about my course is that I just need to understand the concept and have fun in the process instead of memorising everything. The thing I would like to improve about my course is that they atleast give us more time and less assignments and projects as there is so much to do that we barely get enough time for our studies .
