Bad internet connectivity on our campus. Good teachers, well-maintained classrooms, and labs.
Placements: In my course, there are about 80% students who got placed with the lowest package of 2-3 LPA, and the highest package is 40 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, and some others. The top job roles offered in our course are software developer.
Infrastructure: All the labs, classrooms, library, canteen, mess, and ground are well-maintained and cleaned, but there is no Wi-Fi for college students, which is a very bad thing. Also, the network of many SIM cards was very poor. If it is possible, our university is required a network tower that provides internet to the students.
Faculty: Our faculty members were very helpful and supportive also examine all the students present in the class. I experienced that about only 70-80% course content is relevant, while the examinations were very easy to pass. But I didn't know the pass percentage of my course.

The college is excellent.
Placements: Our college placement record is poor. They do not provide any internships. The highest package is 40 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, which depends on your skills. Many companies came to our college, and the college only provided internships, not outside. College is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. Some blocks, a canteen, and Maths are not enough. Sports and games are okay, but not so good. Medical facilities may not be as good as those at other universities. Classes in the first year are best, while in the second and third years, they are less satisfactory.
Faculty: Some teachers help and share quality content, but some do not share good content and are not helpful. They do not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not tough to clear. The pass percentage is 30% out of 70%. The pass criteria are not tough to pass in our college.
Other: The college environment is good. Some programs are good. They need to improve their infrastructure and other sports facilities.

It is a decent university for the computer applications course.
Placements: When it comes to placements, the university does bring companies to campus, but the overall placement rate and salary packages are average. But if we put in enough effort, then we can get good placements from here. In my course, the average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: If we take into consideration the fees we are paying, then I think the infrastructure is very decent. Labs are well-maintained, and they are regularly improving the infrastructure. There are smartboards and projectors in every class and course. Mess food is decent. There are sports events every year where we can participate.
Faculty: Faculty members are very competent in their respective fields and are supportive. They will guide us throughout our course. When it comes to curriculum, I think the university is adapting to new fields like AI/ML and data science. I am pursuing the BCA in cybersecurity, and I am pretty satisfied with what is being taught. If we can explore things on our own, then it will be all good.
Other: I chose the BCA in cybersecurity course because I have an interest in cybersecurity and networking. The best thing about BCA is that we will get a lot of time to explore niche fields. We need to maintain 75% attendance, or else we are not allowed to sit in exams. Overall, if we are passionate about tech, we have to learn and explore on our own. The university provides enough from their end (at least what I expect).

DBUU college review as a student.
Placements: 70 to 75% students placed, 40 LPA is the highest package, 8LPA average package, TCS, Wipro, Decathlon, Amazon are the top recruiting companies, around every student can place if they have the skillful ability. Web development, AI/ML, and blockchain development are available.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure with high speed Wi-Fi, nice hostel facility with swimming pool, 1 month of free trial in every canteen, any type of food you can order, top notch medical facility, any sports you can play in between your lectures if you have interest in it, no attendance is mandatory.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and skillful, also, medical teachers have that kind of ability that he/she can teach to a CS student if they come as a substitute teacher. Semester exams are very good and practical, anyone can clear their exams, and the passing percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose my course because its my passion, everything is good, talking about events that are absolutely mind blowing with a huge crowd.

Good campus, good learning.
Placements: About 80% of students are placed from our course. The highest package was 42 LPA with Infosys, IBM, and JOSH Technology as the top recruiters. Many also secured internships, and most are offered software engineering roles with a decent average package. Most of the students were placed in the seventh semester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are proper hostels with good food and Wi-Fi all over the campus. There are many libraries and smart classrooms. There are three boys' hostels and one girls' hostel with different types of rooms, some have two seats, and some have three. There is a good mess that serves good food.
Faculty: Teachers at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University are generally very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality is decent, with many professors focusing on practical learning along with theory. The course curriculum is fairly relevant.
Other: Here, the campus is beautiful and has a nice environment; it is far from city noise. There is an event called PINAK every year, and famous singers like Shankar Mahadevan and Raftaar perform there. Technical events such as Navdhara and hackathons are also held.

The college life of DBUU students.
Placements: The placement record of our college is not so good. Companies visit, but in lesser numbers. The placement record the college shows is not real. They show that they place 80% of students, but in reality, only 45% of students get placed, with an average package of 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs. The top recruiting company is TCS.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. The campus area is not so big; it's around 40 acres. The facilities were also not good. The Wi-Fi in the college is not working, and the labs were not well-designed. The chairs were not good. The quality they provided was not sufficient, but the canteen area is good, though the sitting area is small.
Faculty: The teachers of our course were very qualified and highly knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. You can go to their cabins whenever you have any doubt related to any topic. The course curriculum is relevant. In the first semester, they teach programming languages like C and C++, and in every semester, they teach programming languages.
Other: I chose this course, BCA with data science, because of its demand in the market. Currently, I wish that they would teach in a practical way. They send us to internships after every three months, but only then can we understand how the real corporate world works.
