YES, You can directly take admission to Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions (DBGI). The Applicant can walk directly into the campus & meet the admission counselor, who will counsel the student regarding the different courses and the eligibility criteria. DBGI does not provide any specific information on cutoff but for pursuing MBA you need to have completed 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board. And you need to have minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation (45% if you come in reserved category).
Dev Bhoomi is a non-profit, self-governed organisation that offers unique and advanced academic models designed mainly to train industry-ready individuals. It does not conduct any entrance examination not does it demands you to present score of any other examination. You just have to clear their eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for BTech (Lateral Entry) admission, candidates must have passed the Diploma examination with at least 45% in any branch of Engineering and Technology. Alternatively, they must be eligible as per AICTE guidelines for lateral entry admissions. 400-500 is considered a decent score in CUET, and score more than 650 is extremely appreciable.
You must go for this institution, also I would like to mention that Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions has more than 70% of placement in MBA.
Also you don't need to present your CUET score, the eligibility criteria for Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions is at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 from a recognised board and 50% aggregate marks in graduation and 46% aggregate marks if you are from reserved category.
And Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions doesn't conduct any entrance of its own.

No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.
