• For Lateral Entry in Diploma Engineering, candidates must have passed class 12 with PCM subjects/ Technical Vocational Subject stream or ITI (two years).

The entrance exam will be held offline as a Pen-Paper based test in 13 cities across the state. The question paper will be set in English and Hindi language. The admit card of UBTER JEEP was released on June 10. UBTER JEEP hall ticket 2023 was available for download online on the official website. Candidates who had filled the application form within the specified dates were issued JEEP admit card 2023. Candidates need to login to the website using their application number and password to download their admit cards. Details about exam date and time, address of the exam centre, candidates basic details like name, photo, information of paper for which appearing and exam day guidelines will be mentioned in the admit card.

The result of JEEP 2023 was announced on June 23. The result was declared online on the official website ubtejeep.co.in. Candidates can check their scorecard by login to the website using their application number and password. Candidates who will be declared qualified will be eligible for participating in the counselling process. After the announcement of results, JEEP Merit List was released. Admission will be on the basis of the merit list.

The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education is conducting the institute level spot round JEEP 2023 counselling from August 25. The choice filling for second round counselling started on July 25 and was open till July 27. UBTER JEEP 2023 seat allotment round 2 was announced on July 31.

All qualified candidates had to register online for participating in the counselling. The allotment of seats will be done online on the basis of the JEEP 2023 merit list. Candidates who will be allotted seats will be required to confirm their admission by paying the college fees online.
