Good infrastructure and development but canteen has small space, average college with good staff.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students are getting placements. The highest package is approximately 30 LPA, average package is 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, HP, Power Torque, etc. 40-50% of students are getting internships as staff and teachers.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in canteen for all department floors and on whole campus some Wi-Fi network speed is slow. Library is there with good infrastructure. Lab is available. Hostel is average. Many sports are there like football turf is there. Basketball ground is also there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and have good knowledge and experience. There is a TG scheme in which one teacher becomes TG and has 10-15 students under their guidance, and they contact parents directly. Teaching methods are unique like PPT, real life based, good staff.

The meals served are good.
Placements: Database Management roles are mostly available during the placement season at this college. There are also a majority of Sales roles and web development/full-stack roles. Overall, during the placement season, almost everyone secures some kind of job before or after graduation.
Infrastructure: Above average, excellent for sports, best sports activities, average Wi-Fi, decent food. Nice library with a digital library option available. The infrastructure is good with a variety of food options in the canteen. There are projectors in every classroom, and computer labs are equipped with LAN connections and average PCs with moderate performance. Classrooms are peaceful with minimal outside noise.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Yes, they make students industry-ready, but you should join external classes for better placement. Exams are moderately tough. The teaching is good, with all concepts covered well in advance. Students receive important questions to help ease their exam stress during finals. The curriculum is relevant and follows the SPPU guidelines.
Other: ENTC is one of the toughest courses, but in the future, it will be more useful than other courses. This branch has more government job opportunities and is versatile; you can do anything after this course.

I am dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: Placements are below average here. Packages are around 1.8 to 4 LPA, and only around 5-10% get placed in an average company. Placements are a joke in this college. Most of students seek off-campus placements over here. The college doesn't give it much priority. This college has very poor placements. Most of placements are from average companies, and packages are below average. Only 5-10% of students get placed here with below-average packages. Getting a good package from campus drive is very rare here.
Faculty: Teachers are average based on their knowledge, and teaching quality isn't that good. The curriculum is old and isn't relevant in today's market. There's no program to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are pretty difficult too, with a 50-60% passing.
Other: My course has a wide range of applications in the software and hardware industries. I wish I had chosen a better college for this course. This college has no college life or crowd and no placements.

It has decent infrastructure and facilities. It should provide better placements.
Placements: I graduated in 2024 from the Electronics and Telecommunication Department at Dhole Patil College of Engineering. Around 60% of students from my course got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Major recruiters included IT and electronics. The top role offered is senior executive.
Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi, but connectivity may vary across different areas. It has spacious classrooms with projectors and proper seating arrangements. There is a well-stocked library with textbooks, reference books, and journals related to electronics and telecommunication engineering. Hostel rooms are decent, with basic amenities like beds, tables, and cupboards. Maintenance can be improved. The college has grounds for cricket, football, and volleyball, along with indoor games like table tennis and chess.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified, with many holding postgraduate degrees. The teaching quality is decent, with a mix of theory and practical knowledge. The course curriculum covers core electronics and communication topics, including VLSI, embedded systems, and networking. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and they are mostly based on university guidelines.
Other: I am from the 2024 batch, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Dhole Patil College of Engineering. I am interested in electronics, communication, IoT, and embedded systems. It offers diverse career opportunities in telecom, IT, and automation. It provides opportunities for projects and competitions. It should provide more industry-focused projects. It is well-connected to the city with nearby shops and cafes. Scholarships are available for merit and reserved category students.

Life in DPCOE as a student.
Placements: Around 70% got placed with an average of 3.6 LPA and the highest of 6 LPA (not official as the year is not over yet). Companies like Accenture and Top Analytical were hiring. Many companies have come this year for placements and many more are coming, so it is great news. The only issue is either the job location or pay grade.
Infrastructure: Big campus with a great library, gym, and grounds for football, badminton, basketball, and volleyball. Overall, pretty good campus area and classrooms, with one smart classroom available for each department at least. A hostel is available, great accommodation, but the food is average. The college canteen is also present but not so many options and average pricing. Hostel fees are around 1 lakh per year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful like friends, but they focus more on vocal teaching than visual, which would have helped in understanding the topics, but that is the story of every college. The college curriculum is pretty good, and yes, it is difficult to prepare for semester exams, but not that hard; you can do it within a week easily.
Other: Kshitij Fest is our annual fest, and many sports and events happen during it. Also, scholarships are available, and the college helps you apply for the College fees are around 85 thousand per year.
