I am not satisfied with this campus.

Placements: As per my knowledge, nobody was placed on our campus. Salary packages were offered by the college but they provided certain walk-in interviews. It was not exclusive to college students and it is an open interview. Companies like ESAF, etc., visit campus drives at times. No one got internships in our college. The top role offered in our college is an assistant accountant.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good but it is strict in our hostel. Wi-Fi is not provided. Lab facilities are available for certain departments. Limited sports facilities are available on our campus.

Faculty: Our faculty members are helpful. The course doesn't make students industry-ready because the curriculum is completely outdated. The course has no practical experience. Exams are moderate during covid.

Other: I opted for this course as I am interested in this course.

Review of Don Bosco College, Kollam.

Placements: The course is all good, and the teachers are helpful. But we lost almost 2 years due to the covid 19 pandemic, so we were not able to utilise all the opportunities provided by the college and the management. Apart from that, the college is good for students who are disciplined.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is actually not so good. It is a small college with a limited number of students. There is a football court and a volleyball court. which are literally not maintained well. It is only students' responsibility to maintain those.

Faculty: The faculty and management are not so willing to adopt changes according to the dynamic environment. The college literally follows old school systems. The internal exams and semester exams are actually moderate but actually easy for up-to-date students.

The college is good if your only aim is to study and have a successful future.

Placements: Only few students were placed in our batch. Maybe less than 3% The total feels was almost 80000 thousand rupees ICICI Bank and many other commercial companies conduct recruitments at our college Atleast 60% students got internship in our college Accountant, gst practice etc.

Infrastructure: Average facility classrooms,3 buildings in total, huge playground, good hygiene for basic facilities Good computer labs with the latest update Hostel is a small building with limited rooms because most of the students are from kollam itself, food is okay and canteen is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are really good and experienced, the lectures they provide is excellent and the teaching quality is top notch The course is really tough and has a scope in the future also, it gives students basic idea about the Indian tax system The semester exams depend of the semesters .

Other: I chose this course because it is based on the income tax I was able understand the working of the Indian tax system .
