Faculty members of the college are appreciable.

Placements: Well-reputed agricultural companies in Eastern India offer many placement opportunities for students every year. Majority of students are now working in eastern states of India and getting high salary packages such as Rs. 25,000-60,000 per month. Different types of roles like a horticultural officer, horticultural extension officer, director of the horticulture department are offered in the government sector. Roles such as industrial manager are offered in the private sector. Many foreign companies also offer private jobs in foreign countries like New Zealand, USA, Amsterdam, and South Africa, etc. Our college is recognised by HNB Garhwal Central University which means we are eligible for government jobs in any state of India based on our overall academic percentage in the B.Sc. course.

Infrastructure: Our college has excellent labs, and the labs are under CCTV surveillance. The infrastructure of the classrooms is good, and the library is spacious and has many benches to read quietly. Our college conducts intercollege sports like kabbadi, cricket, tennis, etc. every year. Canteens provide healthy food and snacks. There are many rules and regulations for students living in hostels, and the rooms are always clean. I didn't face any problems in the hostel till now.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable. Majority of the teachers have completed PhD, and their way of teaching is appreciable. They will clarify each and every doubt in the class. They always push our skills to move forward, and they are always helpful.

Other: Every year, they organise a fest and invite a celebrity like actors, singers, etc. They also offer education loans, scholarships, etc. The surroundings of the campus are green with small plantations. Seminars will be conducted every week. The class teacher checks the attendance percentage of students in the classroom every day.

I'm satisfied with good lecturers and friendly environment. But dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Placements are not provided in our college. We should check for jobs outside. After B.Sc., the salary offered ranges from Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. Fertiliser companies, industries of fruits and vegetables visit the campus to hire students. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. No one has got internships from college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well furnished, and there is good infrastructure. We have practical labs and fields to do practical lessons for our course. There is a central library in our college which is so large and has every book that relates to the course subjects.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified and are PhD holders. They are very helpful and friendly with students in the class and are regular. The course curriculum is relevant and helps every student to be industry-ready.

Other: I opted for this course because I have an interest in pomology. The college should provide a better quality of placements. Fests are conducted every year. The campus is well separated by branches.
