A Journey to AIHM Chandigarh.
Placements: 99.30% of students was placed successfully last year, out of which 185 students got management trainee and the rest got good supervisor level and entry level job. The highest package was from the retail sector, Rs. 45,000/- and the lowest was from the hotel line, Rs. 15,000/- per month. Talking about top recruiters, they are OBEROI, TAJ, ACCOR, HILTON, etc. Top roles are HOT, HOMT, HDP, CLT, and MT.
Infrastructure: Computer labs and classes are fully air conditioned and the library is also good with the latest available resources. Quality of food is best as this college aims at providing good hospitality. I have also stayed in the hostel for three years; it's the best and developing day by day.
Faculty: Teachers always help the students and are always available 24/7 on phones. This course polishes the students from scratch to the best and trust me, this college will make you the best hotelier. Semester exams are easy; they're not hard, but you should have knowledge.
Other: I personally chose this course because I wanted to polish my career in hospitality. I think that my course is the best. Many events are there in which the college takes part, and students volunteer to come and join us.

Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Hotel Management at AIHM Chandigarh, and I must say that the placement opportunities provided by the college are exceptional. The college has a well-established network with leading hotels and hospitality brands, ensuring that students have access to top-tier opportunities.
Infrastructure: AIHM Chandigarh offers excellent infrastructure that enhances the learning experience for students. The college placement record is goo.but only if you do hard work .
Placements: The placement record of the college is very good, and every hotel came for placement. The QSR and retail sectors also came for placement. It only depends on the students and how much they are prepared for the placement. Initially, each company offers 3 to 4 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and the labs are very good, but there is not a facility of Wi-Fi for students and also no AC for 1st and 2nd-year students. Also, no student is allowed lift access. The hostel is good; there is only a fan, no cooler, which is very hard in summer.
Faculty: College teachers are very good in teaching and have a good experience of teaching, but some of the teachers are not good; they do not behave equally with every student. Semester exams in the college are good; if the students pay attention in each class, they will not need to study in their rooms.
Other: If the students have an interest in the hotel industry, then only should they choose this course. After some time, they realize that the job is very long, requiring at least a 12-hour shift minimum.

Exceptional education and supportive faculty.
Placements: The course sees a placements rate of 85%. The highest package offered is close to 7 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA with an average of 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters are from Hotels like Taj, Oberoi, and Marriott. 80% students secured internships with firms like Hyatt and Hilton. Top roles offered are that of Hotel manager, Guest service manager, Food and Beverages Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The Institute offers solid facilities including Wi-fi, well-equipped labs, classrooms, and a good library. Hostel facilities are decent with satisfactory food in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are available, and there are opportunities for sports and games, though could be improved.
Faculty: Teachers at the Institute are excellent, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring a high teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant in making the students industry ready. Semester exams are moderately challenging with good percentage ensuring the students’ success.

Overall, it is an excellent college for those who want to do Hotel Management.
Placements: Almost every student got placed apart from those who opted out of the placements process. Top companies visiting for recruitments are Hyatt Hotels, Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, ITC, Accor, Hilton, Marriott, Haldirams, Chaayos, McDonald, etc. Top roles offered is that of Management Trainee, and Operations Trainee, and associate level jobs. The highest package is 4 LPA (CTC) with an average of 2.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is pretty good having facilities like Smart classes, AC classrooms, Library, and there are well-equipped Kitchens, Restaurants and labs for practicals. The food quality is also good but the hostel building is very old having no cooler or AC. Also, you have to carry your own mattress as well.
Faculty: Faculty is top notch having industry experience. They have very good knowledge and are very supportive and approachable to the students. The course curriculum is not updated from the last few years but it fulfills all of the industry requirements. The new course curriculum is introduced in 2024. Semester exams are not very difficult, you can score decent marks if you attend regular classes.
Other: There are so many extra curricular activities for the students to participate and there are many clubs and events which makes the campus life fun.

The way of living here is all about "college with friends" .
Placements: Our college has approximately 250 students per semester, and top recruitment companies like Taj, Hyatt, JW Marriott, Oberoi-like companies, and quick-service restaurants provide jobs. The highest package of an M.Sc. is INR 5 lacs, a B.Sc. is INR 4 lacs, and a diploma is INR 2 lacs. 100% placement is provided by the college, which is why it is the best college for hotel management.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure is provided by the college, such as AC available in every classroom, different labs for bakery, advanced food production kitchen classes, quantity food labs, an atithi restaurant for learning food and beverage skills, and a tuck shop called the canteen. And good quality of food and facilities available by the college, such as nutritious food in the mess and medical rooms.
Faculty: In the hotel management course, you learn about personality, qualities, teamwork, managerial skills, and exams. It's so easy for everyone; the percentage is around 40 out of 100 for passing in every semester, and curriculum activities such as mocktail competition and thali competition are related to the course activities that happen in college.
Other: I would like to share why I chose this course because, having learned and gained knowledge and skills in the food production department, the best thing about the entire course is that the lecturer is really motivated and teaches their students responsibility and shows them a way of life with interested departments in hotels.
