I am satisfied with college as it has good placements, decent infrastructure, & great facilities.
Placements: Almost everyone gets a job somewhere. Most of the time, people choose to work in the hospital itself. The average salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Companies don't come and recruit in medicine. You have to apply for the vacant positions. All students have to do mandatory internships in the hospital itself. Roles offered are like sitting in OPD and assisting in surgeries.
Infrastructure: The college is centrally air-conditioned. The campus is small but it is convenient and comfortable. The location is good with the metro station and mall right in front of the college. The food quality in the mess is good and you can always order food from outside. There's only one table tennis court and intra-college competitions are usually held in Japanese park.
Faculty: The teaching quality is great. Everyone is helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and students get to practice while they study which makes them competent by the time they graduate. Semester exams are difficult enough. The passing percentage is about 95%.
Other: I chose this course because, in the medical stream, jobs aren't scarce. You also get to serve the community. It is good the way it is, and there is no need for improvement.
